Minimum booking age is 23

A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival.



Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 6 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund.



Additional Home Features:

Enjoy a 65” Smart TV in the living room, mounted on an adjustable swivel bracket so it can be comfortably viewed from the living room, dining area, or even the lanai.

Pet-Friendly:

This home welcomes up to 2 dogs, with no weight restriction. (surcharge applies)



We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal.



There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.



Please note that our home does have exterior cameras.

Your pet must be disclosed and paid for prior to arrival, pet fee of $150 plus $50 pet cleaning fee applies.



We require a $1 security deposit hold that will be released the day after check-out.
