Bring the whole family to this 1860 sq ft Oceanfront Condo with plenty of room for fun. Watch beautiful sunrises from the spacious deck. Enjoy the no-drive beach with beach chairs, an umbrella, spike ball, boogie boards, a 10x10 tent to set up on the beach, and more. Spend the day at the heated pool, which is open year-round. When inside, enjoy fun with the crew, playing pool in our game room, playing a variety of provided board games, or using the shuffleboard or cornhole equipment in the garage. The well-equipped kitchen and coffee bar make it easy to prepare snacks and meals on the go. All the rooms in the condo offer beautiful ocean views. From the guest bedroom, you have spectacular views of the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. The lot next door is vacant, and then Tom Renick Park has a play area for the youngsters and a lifeguard on duty at the ocean. The unit was designed with an open concept, leaving the wall between the third bedroom and the rest of the unit open and converting the third bedroom into a game room. The place feels like a home rather than a hotel room. It is designed to allow space to enjoy the company of friends and family. It is our home away from home. We had been coming to the area since 2010, staying in different units at the Ormandy, and then found this one, which met the needs of our three children, their spouses, and nine grandchildren. There is room for each family as they come to visit while we are here. It is also situated on the ocean, which also provides a great summer, fall, and spring location for visitors who share our unit while we are back up North. We live in Ely, Minnesota, 10 miles from the Canadian border. We felt we lived in one of the most beautiful places in the U.S. and then found this piece of paradise that we think matches the area we call Home. So, this is our home away from home, yet we love to share it with others who can experience the beauty of nature here.

The bedrooms are furnished with king and en-suite bathrooms. The bedroom/game room has two twin beds and a bathroom.
This oceanfront condo was absolutely perfect for our getaway! From the moment we booked, Tom was an exceptional hostâhis communication was clear, friendly, and super responsive, making the whole process effortless.
The condo itself is truly a gem. The views of the ocean are breathtaking and exactly as pictured, if not better. We spent so much time on the balcony just enjoying the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise. The unit was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location in Ormond Beach is ideal, offering both relaxation and easy access to local attractions.

My brother and I stayed here for a festival taking place in Daytona. It was nice being away from the busy areas and having somewhere to relax. The place was larger and more spacious than I expected and would certainly return with more people and utilize all the space.

This stay felt like home. The kitchen had everything for cooking. -. My 10 and 11-year-olds asked me why we didnât stay longer. They were excited about the pool being 7 feet deep! We were able to see dolphins from the balcony each morning. Rooms design just very pretty! Kids really enjoyed table pool as well. Great stay! Would recommend.
