Welcome to Ocean Watch! A beautiful condo building located on the No-Drive section beach in Ormond by the Sea. This gorgeous and well maintained 2 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanfront unit (Sleeps 6) is located on the ground floor making for easy trips to both the beach and pool!



Master bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, smart TV w/ Roku and access to private bathroom. Guest room features a queen bed, full bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV w/ Roku. Both bathrooms have a tub / shower and hand held shower heads. Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, stove/oven, new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cookware, plates, utensils, etc. Living room features a sleeper sofa (full), reclining love seat, ceiling fan, flat screen TV w/ Roku and access to its private back porch through the sliding glass doors. Bath towels and linens provided. Sq. Ft 970.



Amenities include parking on ground deck, free WiFi, covered parking space, community pool, charcoal grill BBQ, coin laundry on each floor and access to a No-Drive on beach.

Terrible experience

The whole experience was a nightmare. The place was very dirty an property management was of no help at all. The furniture was not as advertised an was very uncomfortable. All in all I would recommend that VRBO no longer advertise this property it reflects badly on VRBO

Enjoyed our stay at Ocean Watch. A few negatives, not enough room to store groceries, only 1 bed out of 3 was comfortable, not very beachy, was dark, no sun at all on deck so we never sat out there, and we definitely left the place cleaner than it was when we came. The place needs a dehumidifier. The smoke detector was beeping constantly, tried to change batteries but couldn't get it open to do so, we tucked it into a comforter in the closet so we didnt have to listen to it. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We wouldnot come back because we like being directly on the beach but I still give this place a good rating.

Great spot!

I stayed here for a month during an intense yoga training. My days were long, and I did not get to enjoy the beach and pool like I wished I could. However, the property was really nice. It's quiet and clean, and close enough to quaint little town of Ormond Beach. I would stay here again.

Gotta love Ormond Beach!

Our condo unit worked out perfectly. We appreciated being on the 1st floor. The only suggestion I would make is : it would be helpful to have a free standing pantry. There was no place to put our groceries.
