Pros - best beds I've slept on while traveling Japan.
Nice kitchen area with everything needed beside food.
Greatly appreciated the washer and instructions to use it. The company has gone above and beyond to facilitate smooth communication for foreigners.
Cons-
Found a condom shoved into the side of the bed when we first got there. Futon and sheets had weird red rusty colored stains we didnt notice immediately.
Not really wheelchair friendly. Elevator is crazy small and the wheel chair we used was one for travel so it was small and light, it barely fit in the elevator.
High step getting into bathroom and kitchen...again not friendly for people with mobility issues. Very disappointing.
Despite having great blackout drapes for the balcony the fact there was NOTHING covering the kitchen window and no door to close the kitchen area off, sunlight streams into the sleeping space unheeded. Very disappointing because the beds were great to sleep in if the sunlight didnt keep waking us up.
Great place to stay on Osaka. Great location, very clean, big rooms. There is a kitchenette and even laundry machine inside the apartment. Just perfect.
If you walk during the night around 8pm to the 7/11 be carefule with the Japanese men standing outside... my whole group of friends got harrassed & they recorded us it was 4 Japanese men outside 7/11 down 1 block from the hotel. It was very uncomfortable for us and we ddint feel safe.
Quite location but at the same time very close all amenities.
The room is good enough for a family of 4. TV has netflix and YouTube for some casual viewing.
