Room was clean. AC was strong. English speaking staff that was very helpful with our luggage transfer and check in/out. One star loss for location to station and elevators. Walk is maybe 10 mins. But elevator and layout of hotel is not ideal. Two elevators, one very narrow and not ideal with luggage’s. Lobby is on the 2nd floor. Many times we had to wait for another elevator and/or it was very congested.

The room was very clean, big, and comfortable! They also provide you different bins to dispose of trash and recyclables. The bathroom was huge and also very clean! Breakfast was really good with lots of options. The staff were always so kind and helpful! Very good location too! It’s within a 10 min walk to Dotonbori and there is also a train station right outside the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, separate toilet and shower. The location is perfect, close to subway, a lot of things are reachable by walking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even offered to keep our luggage for free there after check out. I definitely recommend it and would love to return there again.
