No housekeeping our entire trip plus we were charged an additional $129 at check in for our two friends who were staying with us in the 2 bedroom suite. Had to purchase a fly swatter to clear the place upon check. Love Osoyoos but avoid this place unless desperate for accomodations.

Room basic, great pool

The rooms could be updated and more private. If you have your curtains open everyone can see in. Kind of dated and not the cleanest bed was comfy. Shower not great. Good pool area and good location.

We were here for the 2nd time. Very convenient, clean, everything in working condition. The big bonus is that they accept pets in the room ($25/night extra). Only one problem: not enough parking spots. Every room should have one assigned parking spot! Maybe starting with next year?

Not a quiet place

Room was adequate but area outside of room was not clean. Tables and sitting areas were not wiped down and there was garbage on the ground all day. Children were playing loudly ouyaide our door till 1 in the morning and no effort was made to keep it quiet for other guests staying at the hotel.

Bed was comfortable but there was a distinct mildew odour in the room. I know that a room right next to a pool will have moisture, but it shouldn’t smell so strongly considering the carpets have been changed to laminate tiles (brilliant idea, by the way). I was confused that there wasn’t an ice bucket even though there was an ice machine (which ended up being essentially useless as a result). This is also the first time I’ve been to any hotel or motel room that didn’t provide at least 1 box of Kleenex… The property layout itself was great, and the staff was polite and helpful trying their best to keep the guests happy 😊 The beds, pillows, and bedding was great, and we had a restful and comfortable sleep.

Love everything about the Sahara Courtyard. Great for families or just a weekend getaway. It's in the middle of everything in Osoyoos, 1 minute to a gorgeous beach, liquor store and A1 Sage Pub (Great pizza!) 3 minutes to the main drag in Osoyoos or to Rattle Snake canyon. The Facilities were nicely done, clean and modern. Great service and kind friendly staff and owners. I will be going back next year!

Location is good. Close to beaches. Has great pool area. My room noisy with room above. Pets not allowed in court yard yet when I left in am the courtyard had a mess from the humans. Left over food and drink mess. Certainly not from a pet! Smoke detector in my room not hooked up.
