I stayed 2 nights in a non-smoking room that reeked like cigarette smoke. There was a lot of people coming in and out of there rooms in the middle of the night making lots of noise. As an fyi, there are people staying in the hotel long-term. Overall the room is spacious enough for 2 the bed and pillows were ok but the room could use more cleaning. There are a lot of places to dine in the area.

Doug, the front desk manager was very accommodating to us during our whole stay at the hotel. We had just come from a bad hotel, and booked Red Roof Inn at the last minute. He let us view the room we would be in, prior to us booking it. He even came and helped us set up the TV, when we were having issues with it. Also, the restaurant Casa Mezcal had wonderful food. We would choose this hotel again, should we come to the area next year. Thank you.

About what you’d expect for a RR.

Better than most red roofs for updates but hall was dirty. Mattress was old and sagged in the middle. Front desk staff very friendly.

Meh....the staff were amazing, but hotel a letdown

I found the Hotels.com description of a hotel built in the 1970s and it notes that was "renovated in 2023" to be inaccurate. I was told that the furniture in the room was renovated in 2023, but the bathroom was still as it was. I presume it was done in the 2000s, but who knows. The staff was very helpful. The Mexican restaurant attached was hit or miss (for me). It served the purpose as I was going to the Corning Museum of Glass was amazing. Do sign up before you go to do a glass project. It's very fun and makes you feel accomplished!

in good maintenance,room clean,front desk Doug was a delight to work with....Onsite restaurant looked good(we waited 15minute too late!! Nearby applebees sufficed and offered 10% discount for Red Roof) Pool comfortable. Self service ice would have been nice; front desk was quick to supply.
