I found the place to be decent overall. However, I noticed some issues — there was hair in the bathroom and one of the chairs was broken. On a positive note, the staff truly stood out for their friendliness and helpfulness, making my stay more pleasant. A small suggestion for improvement: adding a coffee maker or kettle in the rooms would make a big difference for guests like me who enjoy a hot drink at any time.

The hotel is amazingly clean. The staff is friendly and English speaking. You can easily walk to shopping, grocery stores, and the subway. I have a small kitchen so that I am able to cook my meals, and there is a rooftop pool to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There is also a gym and laundry on the premises.

There is a kitchenette in the room and easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Nice staff who spoke English. A fold out couch and nice big bed. No view to speak of but clean and comfortable. Area is full of hotels and seems to cater to tourism.

Always great

Always a professional staff and greeted in English or Spanish at the desk. Comfortable beds, great AC, superb shower and super hot after it runs for a few minutes. Good location for restaurants and entertainment. Easy pick-up and drop off for taxi, InDrive or Uber.

The staffs were pleasant and always trying to help. We had to change rooms twice because the left side of the building had mole on the outside. As we walked in the rooms we could smell it. After a little while my nose started to run and my eyes got red and sort of swollen. When I went outside I noticed the mole so I asked to be on the other side of the building. Then the key every so often didn’t work. Then it happened that it wasn’t the key but it was the door. The whole thing was frustrating to say the least. I have video of the mole in the bathroom
