This hotel was incredible for me and my family. The staff were really helpful, kind and courteous. The breakfast was buffet style and had a variety of options. The hotel is within close proximity for supermarket runs, shopping, parks, etc. Overall, experience was really great and highly recommend.

This place was fantastic! The room was a little dated. But seriously didn't bother me. Housekeeping came everyday, and you could always tell by the smell of the bleach. The floors were mopped daily, again, overall, i loved the openness, as large as a small apartment! The staff were always smiling and willing to help whether at the main entrance or at their scrumptious breakfast. Definitely will stay here again when and if we return to Panamá.

The room was amazing. 1 separate bedroom with a king bed and a king bed in the living room. A separate work area. Kitchen with full size fridge, gas stove top, large microwave, full set of dishware and a table w\ 4 chairs. Carlos from maintenance was awesome (had a small issue with 1 of 2 TV's). The breakfast spread was amazing (they had an omelette station!). Front desk staff were also amazing (they arranged a private tour of the city, canal and old town). I will definitely stay here when I next visit Panama City!

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The hotel staff was kind, the room was clean, parking was available, and it was within walking distance of many restaurants. The property also offered room service, laundry services, and a rather good breakfast (at an additional cost).

2nd floor especially room 209 is run down. 3 star would be a gift. Mold all around air condition. System. Food/blood splatter on walls. Mold covered by fresh caulking in shower. Couches stained. Fold out beds hard as a rock. Tile missing in kitchen with more food/blood splatter On walls. ? Soiled utensils. It seams to be there for a long time. Light switches and corners everywhere with years of build up and I have not even looked hard. Active Motion sensors in bedroom and living room? Check in said we will see if we can match the expedia rate we all ready paid for and the reason we were there. Asked for a new room after seeing run down room.. Said there are full. Monday not many people there. So I find it hard to believe. There is some friendly staff but they. Buffet is highlight. Jenkey buildings around hotel. Not the Marriot experience I am used too. 2nd floor hallways dark and shows many years of wear. You can do better. See other cringe pictures.

This hotel is located in a great area. I could walk to restaurants and supermarkets, or hop on a nearby metro or bus. My room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable with a nice city view. The pool area and gym were well-maintained too. I even cooked a couple of times in the nicely stocked kitchenette. My only critiques are: 1) The washing machine on my floor was broken, but they gave me a card to use the one upstairs. 2) The bathroom scale in my room didn't work. 3) Shower head needs to be upgraded. Shout out to Alberto and Arnold for helping to make my first visit to Panama City such a good one. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent service . They went above and beyond to support my grandson allergy to eggs and sesame seeds. The chef Ivan, Edgardo, Irving, Lisette, Meliza, Raul and the person that clean the room were amazing . My grandson was able to eat his 3 meals without any food reaction or cross contamination. We were so grateful of the wonderful experience.
