Room was clean. They dont give you wash clothes for the shower so you have to use a large hand towel to bathe with. However hotel is very clean and anemities are nice. This was my second time here it is very close to good shopping and staff are friendly.

This hotel is in an ideal location, with Multiplaza Mall being a short walk away and many many restaurants and shops around the area. The service was excellent! I mentioned that the stay was for my birthday and we were given an upgraded room with an amazing view, and the attendant at the counter asked us if we booked tours already, advised us about the opening time of the mall and suggested what we could do while we waited to check in.

My stay was fine but some things you need to consider the parking is underground and extremely narrow. In order to access if one has to exit there vehicle push the button and show your parking permit to the camera. Since the parking lot is both entry and exit this delay can cause traffic delays. Also, when I reserved the room through hotels.com the actual price I was charged differed by $300 dollars.

Had a great time. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good. My only issue was the absence of a bellhop. Room service daily, great view from your room and hallway. Very close to Multiplaza Mall, Burger King, Popeyes and other food establishments. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease at the Ramada. The hotel's immaculate cleanliness and serene atmosphere made it a perfect escape. i didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room, no means of boiling water for tea. Every time you wanted hot water you had to request it from the Kitchen. The Air condition was extremely cold and not individual to rooms but was only. Wouldn't stay there again if the same issues I spoke of continue to exist on my next trip.

Stayed with my daughter at the Ramada Plaza Punta Pacifica for a family event. We are from Panama. First I would like to say that the hotel is well situated, a 5-7 minute walk to Multiplaza and many nice restaurants near the hotel and a 24 hour mini mart (am/pm). When we got to the hotel we were briskly checked in and the were placed on the 9th floor (914). The double queen room was nice, extremely spacious, and very comfortable. Beds was comfy, large bathroom with nice amenities, mini fridge was a nice touch. Our room overlooked the pool as well as having a nice view of the ocean, traffic, and the church we were having a special mass at. Ubers were easy to catch to/from hotel. The included breakfast was fine with a different Panamanian dish every day. Lots of pastries and yogurt. Overall the hotel was nice however I took issue with the housekeeping where on 3 days (out of 6) she kept coming knocking on our door while we had the "do not disturb" sign up. Once was at 8:30am, 9:30am (where we came in from a family party at 3am) and another at 10am. Breakfast ended at 10:30 so you would think housekeeping would come after that. Even though we had the sign out, she still wanted to know if we wanted room service and what time? She also wanted me to take the "do not disturb" sign down as she would get "hassled" for it. She also wanted to know if she could come into the room so she could code something on the phone as to not needing service. I thought this was a strange yet very ann

From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a friendly staff always ready to help. A special mention to Carlos at the front desk, who made sure we had access to all available services and even gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Our room was spacious and super clean, providing a comfortable place to relax after exploring the city. The pool area was a highlight, offering nice views of the skyline and a refreshing break during the afternoons. One of the biggest perks is the daily breakfast buffet, included with the stay. It had plenty of good options to start the day right. We also tried the hotel restaurant and were very impressed—delicious food at competitive prices. The restaurant team went above and beyond, taking great care of every guest and making sure we felt welcome. The location is excellent: close enough to everything but away from the busiest areas. Just a short 3–5 minute walk takes you to Multiplaza Mall, which has great stores, restaurants, and even a supermarket. Uber rides were very affordable and convenient, making it easy to get around. There are also several local restaurants nearby if you want to try something different. Overall, we had an amazing stay and are already planning our return to Panama—not only to enjoy the culture, but also the warm hospitality of its people. Highly recommended!
