L’appartement est meublé et équipé pour un séjour confortable (literie, vaisselle, etc.). Une réduction de 10% s'applique aux séjours d'au moins une semaine (7 nuitées).

We will be very happy to welcome you in our home.
It is a 3-room apartment on the first floor of a typical example of a classical and nicely designed XVII° century building of Le Marais. It includes:
- an entrance with an umbrella-stand, and a coat rack
- a bedroom (canopy bed king size), a dressing, a table-desk, and an armchair
- a living room with 2 sofas (can be converted into single bed), 5 easy chairs, smart TV and a large storage space, a fireplace (for decoration only, unusable).
- a dining-room with a cupboard, a table for 6 to 10 (with extension leaf), 6 leather high back chairs, a glass display case, glasses and dishes (for at least 6), a fireplace (for decoration only, unusable).
- a kitchen with a gas stove (gas cooking oven and electric grill), four rings burner, microwave, fridge-freezer, a dish washer and a washing machine, cupboards and storage place. The gas boiler (heating and hot water) is in the kitchen. It is equipped with an ambiance thermostat. Some kitchen utensils and dishes are provided.
- A bathroom: walk in shower, a washstand with lighted mirror, toilet, a programed electric heating,

SERVICES
- We provide bed sheets and towels (2 per bed), also toilet paper and soap upon your arrival; up to you to complete during your stay.
- Breakfast is not included, there are outstanding bakeries and food stands in rue des Rosiers’s and Rivoli’s street and fabulous all kind of restaurants and cafés (vegan, Asian, middle-east and even French) in the vicinity
- The bin is next to the street door.
- A shopping cart is in the entrance next to the coat rack
- A stepladder is in the dressing
- A cleaning paying service is on request.
- Arrival are after 4pm, Departure before 11am.
- Late arrival: after 9pm we charge a 50€ fee for the watchman. After 12pm no arrival
- Late departure. Depending upon availability, we charge half a day after 12am. Full day after 6pm.

CAR/PARKING
- The street has a paid parking
- Public parking paying at Baudoyer-Marais
- NB, We are in the heart of the heart of the city, So not only driving is useless (as written below, all means of transportations are at hand), but as many big cities now, central city is ZFE, means zone low emission (CO2), Cars with Crit’air 3 and more cannot access,
- In case you come with a car and you want to park, if short time, the best is to park in our street, after a while you should find a place (paying), If long stay, without driving, the best is, after accessing the apartment, to park off the city, near a metro or bus station,

TRANSPORTATION
Ask for a pass at the metro station (different options, 1 day, 3 day or more)
Then you can take the subway or the bus as many times you need.
