The room had completely stained and scratched walls, totally different from what is presented in the photos. The beds had both pillowcases and dirty covers. The bathroom was totally out of control, totally dirty and smelly. In addition the attention in the lobby was very disinterested and incomplete.

It was dirty. It felt like a place to bring prostitutes. I was afraid to sleep on the sheets. The bathroom was terrible with old calking. This place needs a major upgrade. The WiFi was not free.

I will not book here in the future.

The bathroom was dirty, the blankets on the bed were torn, a very small and uncomfortable room. I will not booking there in the future. The local area is fantastic with lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Very close to the metro.

Inexpensive and convenient

While it was inexpensive, you get what you pay for. The elevator was kind of scary in that the light went out when we got inside and the doors closed. So we used the stairs but they didn't seem to ever get cleaned. The bed sagged in the middle and, for a back street, there was a lot of noise outside. The walls are thin and we could hear from our neighbors quite easily. On the bright side it was close to a good Metro station and several reasonable bakeries and restaurants.

It was terrible

I never had such bad experience in my life even the elevator was out of service the whole week and i was in the 5th floor and i have heart problems. I was so disappointed. Too bad its Bristol!!!!!

I stayed five nights at the Bristol Hotel the bathroom wasn't cleaned in any of the nights. The mold was all over the tiny 2ft x 2ft shower The drain was slow The toilet was never cleaned. The mattress had a spring popping out of it.The window wouldnt open. It is more a 2 star then three.

Dirty Hotel

The most dirty hotel ever. The hotel rooms were dusty and smell, the tv did not work, the internet is not included and you have to pay additional for it, the internet work on one device only. the location is great but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not modern but loads of character and comfortable.

We loved this hotel. We booked last minute had thought it would be a dive based on reviews. It was a bit tattered like a 70s movie set but the beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean, we liked the men on front desk, the location is incredible (the metro is literally 10 steps away), we had a balcony that looked out over Republique (the statue was incredible from the fourth floor, room 46) it was next to a diner that has excellent coffee, food and free wifi and the General zazz is exciting. Yet quiet enough to sleep when the windows are closed. We loved it.

Gross lodging

This hotel, if you can call it that, was disgusting. We reserved a double bed room that had only 1 towel and it was the old, crunchy, frayed towel you use for cleaning dirty tennis shoes. Literally felt like someone digging nails into your back. The shower ceiling was moldy. Dust and grime everywhere. The sheets had holes all throughout. Pretty sure there were bed bugs. Woke up all night itchy with bite marks. Window was closed so wasn't mosquitos. Worst lodging of our 6 week euro trip.

Great location

Wifi was non existent. Hotel staff was rude. The bed was comfortable. Brought our own bedding which was a good thing because we could hair and a dirty smell from the sheets prior to taking the old sheets off to put our own clean sheets on the bed. The location was excellent but do beware of the rude hotel staff. Also bring luggage with a solid lock to lock up your belongings before leaving the room.

Also das dieses Hotel 3 Sterne hat ist fur mich unbegreiflich. Das Zimmer war noch OK aber das Badezimmer eine Katastrophe. Schimmel, Heizung kaputt, Wasser rinnt überall und die Dusche zum ekeln. Warum kann man überhaupt so ein Hotel noch buchen. Ok ich hab mich such nicht genauer erkundigt. Daher auch selber schuld.aber trotzdem ware jede andere Herberge sicher besser gewessen.
