TrĂšs bel appartement pour vivre un petit rĂȘve bohĂšme montmartrois. Merveilleusement bien situĂ©, un pied sur la place des Abbesses et l’autre sur la rue des Abbesses, Ă  proximitĂ© d’une bouche de mĂ©tro mythique. L’endroit idĂ©al pour marcher sur les traces de Van Gogh, Matisse, Degas et bien d’autres. Tout se fait facilement Ă  pied.

Superbe appartement

Superbe appartement et nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillies. Il est Ă  proximitĂ© de tout, dans un bel arrondissement. Plusieurs restaurants et boulangeries Ă  proximitĂ©. À cĂŽtĂ© de la station de mĂ©tro Abbesses. Nous n'avions toutefois pas rĂ©alisĂ© avant notre arrivĂ©e qu'il y avait autant d'activitĂ©s de jour comme de nuit ce qui a Ă©tĂ© un peu moins apprĂ©ciĂ© pour la nuit. Sinon, tout Ă©tait parfait et nous ne regrettons pas notre location. De l'appartement, nous avions une belle vue sur la tour Eiffel. Merci Ă  Florence pour son bel accueil et toutes les informations qu'elle nous a transmises!

Charmant appartement dans Montmartre

Cet appartement au coeur de Montmartre est trÚs bien situé et surtout prÚs d'un métro. Il est trÚs propre, bien équipé et lumineux et j'y ai passé un excellent séjour Je remercie Laurence, la propriétaire, et Florence qui m'a accueillie. Je le recommande fortement.

Merveilleux endroit

PrĂ©alable Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, l’information transmise Ă©tait prĂ©cise et une fois sur rendu Ă  Paris, la communication avec Florence Ă©tait facile et claire. Son accueil est tout ce qu’on attend en de pareilles circonstances. L’appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel et la cuisine est particuliĂšrement bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Belle luminositĂ© Ă©galement dans l’appartement. SituĂ© Ă  quelques dizaines de mĂštres Ă  peine de la station de mĂ©tro Les Abbesses, la localisation permet de rayonner facilement ailleurs dans Paris autant que de permettre la dĂ©couverte des charmes de la butte de Montmartre. On y retournera si l’occasion se prĂ©sente de nouveau.

Nous n’avons que des bons mots pour l’appartement de Laurence. IdĂ©alement situĂ© dans le quartier de Montmartre Ă  proximitĂ© des attractions mais dans le calme et la sĂ©curitĂ©. L’appartement offre toutes les commoditĂ©s et le confort dĂ©sirĂ©s pour un court ou long sĂ©jour et est d’une propretĂ© exemplaire. I'll begin this review by reiterating the same advice as others. This apartment is on level 3 of an older block of apartments and is accessed by a spiral staircase. There is no elevator. If you cannot carry your luggage upstairs then don't book hereThat's the only caveat for this place though. It is a tastefully renovated space with nice equipment - dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove. The bathroom has a shower only but it works well. The living area is spacious, clean and quiet - the double glazing is very effective but if you open the windows then get to hear the sounds of a busy street in Montmartre. It's a very nice place to stay in spring. The element that sits this apartment from many others is Florence, who lives in the same block. Her role is to greet you and introduce you to the apartment and Montmartre. She does this superbly - easy to get along with, accessible and responsive. Her recommendations on places to eat were excellent especially Mami Collette and the local bakeries. It was a very enjoyable place to stay

Outstanding location. Numerous cafes, bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Metro station very close for easy access to all of Paris. Apartment had all of the amenities needed. Due to the close proximity of the cafes, the streets are very lively and noisy until early morning. Might be an issue for light sleepers but if you like to be in the heart of the action this apartment is awesome.

Super cute and clean place for us to stay in Paris for almost a week. It has all amenities that we needed such as washer, fully equipped kitchen, and fridge. The location is really convenient, about 1-2 minutes walk to a metro station and on a busy street with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and especially bakeries! First of all, the host, Laurence, and the property manager, Florence, are super-helpful, contacting us about one month before our check-in to give us information about the property address and how to get there by public transportation like Metro. On the day of our check-in, Florence welcomed us at the gate of the apartment building, showed us how to use the home appliances like washing machine, dishwasher, stove, etc., and gave us the information on local restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. The apartment is very clean, about two minutes’ walk to a Metro station of Line 12, which can take you to anywhere in Paris, and is located in a neighborhood favored by tourists. During our stay in the apartment, Florence always responded to our inquiries and requests in a timely manner, especially on the day of our check-out when I left my backpack in the apartment and locked its door. Florence came to rescue right away, which saved us a lot of trouble. In a word, Laurence’s and Florence’s help made our stay in the apartment enjoyable and our experience in Paris unforgettable! Thank you, Laurence and Florence, for your great help, and we truly appreciate it! Hopefully, we’ll see you when we visit Paris again. Best regards!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was bright, clean and very close to the Paris Metro Station Abbesses. Florence, the property manager was very helpful with the apartment and with logistics, such as obtaining metro tickets. The Abbesses area is lively with bakeries, cafes, and restaurants. The only downside is that there is no elevator, so it wouldn’t be the best option for those with mobility issues.

Magical Location

My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary and stayed in this amazing location. 1st time to Paris for us and I highly recommend renting this apartment and spending your stay in Montmartre. What A Wonderful Place and Experience!

The place is a gem. As advertised, the Hostess Madame Dourdain and her property manager Madame Florence are delightful. 51 steps up and down; no lift. Spartan furnishings yet exceeded our needs in every way. Carrefour market down the hill, 1/6 miles. Two wine stores with eager to help and please staff. Restaurants galore. The “ I love you “ wall around the corner. Metro station Abbesses, line 12, 50 meters. Paris at your feet. See the Tour Eiffel from every window. Stop reading my comments and book it :-)!

Absolutely wonderful!

Apartment is perfect for our one week stay. Fully equipped. Had planned to do some cooking in, but neighbourhood was so interesting and filled with great restaurants and bistros, that we enjoyed them to the max, and ate out a lot. Handy to the Metro. Stairs are a challenge, but we'd been warned so not a big surprise. Would love to stay here again.

This 3rd floor walk-up apartment was lovely. It was very clean, comfortable and had a distant view of the Eiffel Tower! It was very close to shopping and the metro. The property manager waa very kind and helpful and lives in the build.

Nice Apartment

Location- Check in with Francine was easy and helpful. Door code for easy entry to building. We took the RER to Gard du Nord, and then a taxi back to the station when we left--- seemed to work out easily and well. There is a taxi stand by the Pigalle metro a short downhill walk. The area is active and somewhat touristy, but you are convenient to a myriad of good restaurants (try Oce), cafes, bars, stores, shops and bakeries. We were there during a school break, so there was a crowd. May be less busy at other times. Area seemed very safe and friendly. Close to two Metro lines. Makes it easy to go in different directions in the city. We bought the 5 day pass and I think we saved money. Paris has many varied neighborhoods, so go afield and explore. Pros: Fairly quiet inside and outside. Apartment has good security. Nice sized bathroom. Cleanliness; apartment is well maintained. The windows make it cheery. Lighting is good. Heat worked well. Shower is good. Plenty of towels and personal items for the guests’ usage. There are umbrellas. Cons Bathroom sink is undersized, making shaving and washing difficult Apartment furniture was spartan and discount quality, no coat hooks, no night tables, and a lack of furniture and seating, but it was manageable for just the two of us. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen is functional but small, with limited counter space. Couldn’t find a dish drain—would have been nice if there was a rack that fit over one side of th

Einen schöneren Startpunkt fĂŒr einen Parisaufenthalt kann es fast nicht geben! Die Metro-Station ist direkt vor der TĂŒr. Und das schönste: Vom Fenster des Appartements sieht man die Spitze des Eiffelturms. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist sehr sauber und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Ein paar mehr Haken im Flur und im Bad wĂ€ren toll. Check-in und Check-out waren super organisiert. Ein großes Lob an die Nachbarin!! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt und können die Unterkunft wĂ€rmstens weiter empfehlen.
