The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this quiet and functional studio! Perfectly arranged & located, a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower, it is ideal for holidays in Paris with family, friends or for business. Completely renovated, this property is designed to accommodate up to two travelers.



The studio includes:

• A living space: the studio has a convertible sofa bed for two people (140 × 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding, as well as storage space. It also includes a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

• A fully equipped open kitchen with a microwave, hob, kettle, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all the utensils, pots and pans needed to prepare your meals.

• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: the bathroom includes a modern shower, toilet, hairdryer, washing machine, soap & shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

The apartment also includes a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board.

Transfer to the RER C train bound for Versailles Château Rive Gauche and get off at Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel.



From Orly Airport (ORY):

Ride the Orlyval light rail to Antony.

Switch to the RER B train towards Charles de Gaulle Airport/Mitry-Claye and alight at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame.

Change to the RER C train towards Versailles Château Rive Gauche and depart at Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel.



From Gare du Nord Train Station:

Take the RER B train towards Robinson/Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame.

Transfer to the RER C train towards Versailles Château Rive Gauche and get off at Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services:

Baby Cot and High Chair: If you need these items, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice). We will do our best to provide them, subject to availability. Please note, we do not supply baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-In: From 2:00 pm.

Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: Availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €150 is required for access to the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days after departure, provided there are no damages.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Noise: Respect your neighbors' peace and quiet. Excessive noise may result in deductions from your deposit.

Construction Notice: Be aware of any ongoing construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access:

Refrain from unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.



Age Requirement: The minimum age for making a reservation is 21 years old. Individuals under 21 may only stay on the property if accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in refusal of entry, and no refund requests will be accepted.
