Flat at groundfloor compose of two bedrooms with each its own bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).
We did a complete renovation trying to respect the soul of the ancient place.
Part of the walls of the building belong in the past to the Bernardins college of 13th century. That was the time of the "Templar Chevaliers"....
We conceived the whole volume for a comfort of people needing privacy and calm and an area to be together during the day.
Two separate bedrooms with closing doors and their individuals toilet and shower comfort .
A dining and living room area with a little kitchen but fully equipped.
The height of the ceiling of the upper bedroom is around 2 mt heigh (the wooden ceiling is not straight as old building).
The height of the ceiling of the bedroom under the mezzanine is of 2mt height.
The wooden ceiling in the dining room is of 3.9mt high.
We are three minutes walk from Notre Dame Cathedral and in front of Ile- Saint-Louis.
In the dining room there is a folding sofa bed with a mattress for daily rest (140x190cm)
In the upper bedroom there are twin beds that can be put together for a bed of 160x190.
The bed in the bedroom downstairs is of 140x190 cm.
The mattress are very comfortable of 21cm heigh in the bedrooms.
The mattress in the dining room is thiner but for a comfort of daily rest (size 140x190cm).

A wonderful stay in the perfect location in Paris. We were greeted by Maxim and he helped us get our bags inside and a tour of the apartment. He also sent some wonderful suggestions for places to eat, see and shop during our stay. We were there as a party of four and the apartment was perfect size for our visit. It is a perfect location and I will look forward to staying there again!

The hosts are the best. Welcomed us and the location of property is perfect. As expected the property is a little old but that’s what gives it the charm. The location is unbeatable. Near train station and Notre Dam. I would 100 percent rent this property again.

A beautiful gem of an apartment in the heart of Paris! Definitely an apartment decorated with love and thoughtfulness. Great host communication before and during our stay. They ownets could bot have been nicer. They answered questions quickly after checking in and were very proactive making contact before arrival. Great hosts! Location of property was absolutely superb! The apartment accomodated two married couples comfortably. Best value for the great location, just a block or two from Notre Dame and Sainte Chappelle. Also close to good dining options, the metro and local grocery stores, very convenient. Apartment very quiet at all times of the day, surprising given its central location. We are hoping to go back in a year or so to enjoy this property and fantastic hosts again. Strongly recommend!

Comfortable accommodations, superb location.

The property was just as advertised- cozy but entirely comfortable for our group of five (two couples, one single, all in our late 60s. The location was simply unbeatable, a five-minute walk from Notre Dame, in a pleasant neighborhood, with a nearby metro station. Most of all, the owners were incredibly kind and helpful, with Maxim even waiting for us upon arrival, just to welcome us and show us around. I would give the property and hosts the very highest recommendation.

Short Stay

The property was perfect for our visit focusing on Notre Dame, Seine River cruising, and touring the city on an electric bicycle. The apartment was within a short walk of numerous bars and restaurants. The Saint-Michel Metro station was a few minute walk away allowing us smooth travel to Gare Des Nord and transition to Eurostar for London.

Three friends stayed in this charming apartment for five days. What a great place we had to set off from each morning to explore and experience Paris. Maxim gave us a helpful introduction tour, sent us to a lovely restaurant, and helped orient us on the map. The only, little thing reason we ranked 4/5 on cleanliness is because the old stone wall occasionally dropped pieces into my suitcase!

Best place to stay in Paris!

We loved everything about this flat especially the location and the fact it’s on the first floor. All things were provided adequately and the unit was vey comfortable and quiet! Plenty of hot water, sheets, blankets and towels too. Could not have been happier with the unit or the communication with the owners even having the opportunity to share some coffee and desert. A great experience and we hope to return!

Maria was a fantastic host. She was very helpful and prompt in her responses. The location is perfect, right down in the middle of the sites. It is a little small but that is expected for the location. Overall we had a great visit and would definitely rent this place again.

Great location

This apartment was perfect for my 91 year old brother and me. We spent the days walking many streets and neighborhoods of Paris, and would go back to the apartment for a quick rest before heading out to dinner. We loved that it was on the ground floor and didn’t have to carry suitcases up small staircases that are abundant in Paris!
