Very good chain hotel, as you would expect. No bad surprises. Clean. Quiet. Private. Rooms are functional and maintained. The services in the hotel were good: restaurant, breakfast, concierge, taxis... The only niggling issue was the need to register with your email address to be one someone's marketing database to get access to the wifi.

Arriving at the hotel, the welcoming floral fragrance is matched by a well decorated lobby full of foliage and flowers. The staff were so helpful, when our keys did not initially work they swiftly sorted the issue. Housekeeping was excellent, unobtrusive but effective. The hotel is basic, and our room was small, with an ensuite best suited to small people! It was a little tired, with small details of skirting board missing. However, for the money, good value, we would return. The breakfast was amazing and good value. The bread and cheese is always sure to satisfy, let alone the fruit, museli and breakfast cereals, the eggs and sausages... The only slight shocker was the price of parking - only because we stayed for four nights - 140 euros. Not outrageous when you compare it to parking in London!

Veey small room with a small bathroom/shower. A weak air-conditioning unit inadequate to cool down the room to a comfortable temperature. Great location!

Well located and well presented hotel

Hotel is very nicely presented and is excellently positioned with 3 different metro lines within a few minutes walk. Rooms aren't huge but they are big enough and generally quite comfortable although beds arent the most comfortable. I was especially impressed though at how little noise there was in the hotel. We also used the hotel bar and restaurant a few times and staff, service, and product there were great. So great if you appreciate having something convenient for after a long day.

Lovely property and conveniently located with underground parking. Fabulous staff who go over and above to help. Left my laptop in the room on checkout and only realised when I got home to the UK. Staff sent it to me within 24 hours.. very happy
