The Space:

This spacious, functional apartment has been completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business.
The apartment has a queen-size bed for two with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open kitchen, and a lounge area with a sofa bed for two, TV and WIFI access.
As you enter the apartment, you'll find:

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Train: Take the RER B train from the airport towards Saint-RĂ©my-lĂšs-Chevreuse and get off at ChĂątelet-Les Halles. From there, it's a short walk to the apartment.
Taxi/Uber: Itâs approximately a 45-minute drive from CDG to Le Marais.
From Orly Airport (ORY):
Train & Metro: Take the Orlyval light train to the Antony station. Transfer to the RER B train towards AĂ©roport Charles de Gaulle and get off at ChĂątelet-Les Halles. It's just a few minutes' walk to the apartment from there.
Taxi/Uber: Drive from Orly to Le Marais will typically take around 30-40 minutes.
From Gare du Nord (Eurostar Terminal):
Metro: Board the Metro Line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge. Change at RĂ©aumur-SĂ©bastopol for Line 3 and get off at Arts et MĂ©tiers. The apartment is a short stroll away.

Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of âŹ250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): âŹ80 fee.
Lost keys: âŹ80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement â ranging from âŹ100 to âŹ2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: âŹ90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: âŹ450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.
PS: Please note that Wi-Fi is currently unavailable throughout the entire building for an indefinite period. This issue is beyond our control, and we will not accept any complaints or requests for compensation for any inconvenience caused.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
