Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of 150€ is required via SWIKLY. This will be fully refunded post your stay if no damages are found.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.
Misplaced keys? If they're left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the key type.
