My apartment is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway with family or

This accommodation is in a fantastic location in Paris. Great restaurants and bars nearby Le Marais has a great vibe. The studio prestige team were great. We had a few issues with changing flights and they were great at accommodating us.

The location was terrific. A short walk to 3 different metro stops. Restaurants, boulangerie and shops 1 minute away. The apartment was perfect for us. I highly recommend it. Will definitely stay here on our next trip.

We stayed for 8 nights in this lovely ground floor apartment in the Marais on the Rue de Trésor, a short garden-lined court. We loved the neighborhood and quickly found and frequented our local grocery, boulangerie and favorite gelato shop. We are walkers and this location is very central, but in a very safe feeling neighborhood. Though we utilized the metro often and the Hotel De Ville stop was just a few blocks away and so easy to navigate. Arrival and departure was incredibly easy with the host’s directions. They were also very quick to respond to all my questions beforehand. The apartment is well appointed and is as reflected in the pictures. We were very comfortable there at the end of busy days as well as the bright mornings with the small square skylights above the kitchen/dining area. All the fixtures were updated and clean. It was perfect for the 2 of us and we would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

Well,-we took this apartment because of the previous reviews with which we strongly disagree. And hope this review will help others not make the same mistake. The only thing we liked about this apartment was the location. The many things we did not like include: It is a basement apartment with essentially no windows--making it feel like a prison cell. There is no fresh air whatsoever except via a narrow 6 inch window in the bedroom. It is next to the garbage cans for the entire building and you hear people throwing out their garbage every day. The wifi described in the arrival website did not work--requiring multiple emails to the professional managers and a visit from a guy who got a different network working. The wifi then only worked intermittently for the rest of the week. The TV stopped working within 2 days and we were too frustrated to bother trying to get it fixed. The kitchen offers minimal space for preparing anything except a tiny 1.5-2 ft wide counter taken up by a toaster and Nespresso maker (there was no coffee maker as pictured in the apartment website ). The refrigerator and cabinets have no handles and must be pried open using fingernails or jamming fingers. Everything in the apartment is IKEA. I've rented 10 different places in Paris over the decades and this is by far the worst..It is .not worth the price,

Strakke en verzorgde, ook wel smaakvolle inrichting. Goede ligging. Heerlijk stil. Paar aandachtspunten. Graag ook droogdoeken voor klein afwasje. We konden geen magnetron ontdekken. Wel een oven. De afwasser had een defect. Zal wel tijdelijk zijn, maar toch. Wellicht een extra aanwijzing voor het inchecken. Zowel klep van postbus en kastje van sleutel ‘OpLICHTEN. Even aandacht hiervoor. Dan is het een prima plek
