Located in the heart of Paris, I welcome you to my home, where you’ll enjoy your own private 88 m² space—spacious and bathed in light—extended by a 21 m² terrace.

Designed to offer you comfort, privacy, and independence, this private space can accommodate up to 8 guests and is perfect for a stay in Paris with family or friends.

Your private space includes:
- A cozy living area with a double sofa bed, TV, and dining table for social gatherings
- An elegant master bedroom with a double bed, large closet, TV, and private bathroom with a bathtub and shower
- A second bedroom with a double bed, a fold-away bunk bed, a large-screen TV, and a private bathroom
- Two modern bathrooms, each equipped with a hair dryer and a welcome kit (shower gel and shampoo)
- Two separate toilets
- A large, inviting 21 m² terrace

Amenities available to you: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, freezer, and iron.

Sheets and towels are provided for each guest.

Good to know: The space is located on the 4th floor of a secure building without an elevator.

To ensure your arrival goes as smoothly as possible, please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.

Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. are not possible, unless prior special arrangements have been made.

-Breakfast is included in your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Parties and noise disturbances are not allowed.
-The apartment is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.
