The location is fantastic. Close to metro station, restaurants, and excellent Patisserie's. The apartment was charming with lots of space for all of us. We felt comfortable and safe. Our family had a great time staying at this apartment. The location was great for a week stay. Our two young kids shared the back bedroom, and we shared the front. As others have mentioned, the front bedroom is noisy, but the back bedroom was quiet. The neighborhood had great amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful stay with my mother and niece. There was a small hick-up knowing which apartment door it was initially but I feel that was more my miss. Being on the first floor with just a few stairs was perfect for my mother with mobility issues right now. The apartment itself was lovely and the fresh flowers a beautiful touch. We enjoyed shopping at the markets and cooking in the kitchen which had everything we needed. The metro and buses are central, the area lively and convenient and the apartment relaxing after a busy day. Highly recommend!

This home was nice because it fit our family of 6 comfortably at a fair price - which was hard to find in Paris. The flat is homey(which we liked, unlike some places which lack character). We also loved that we had our own bathroom away from our grown kids. We loved the location- plenty of coffe and croissants just down the stairs!(the 11th arrondisement is a bit farther from center if this is your first trip to Paris, but everything is easily reached if you don't mind the metro). As reviews mention, the front master bedroom and living room have a bit of street noise - but it is not an abnormal amount for the city, and it didn't bother us. Back bedroom very quiet. Lovely stay. Location, location, location

We had a wonderful stay at Rue de Malte. The location is fantastic, so close to the essentials (boulangerie, supermarkets etc) especially the Metro. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. My friend and i enjoyed each having a bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. We loved being right in the middle of the vibrant and busy neighbourhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great stay at this apartment. It was located in a great area, with a metro station 1 minute away and tons of great food options very close. A bit loud at night, as there's a bar and restaurant located nearby, but our overall experience was great.

Nice place

Nice place, with good location. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. Also right by the Metro station. It does get noisy at night so you may want to bring some ear plugs, or load a white noise app on your phone at night.

Our Stay

My wife and I and an adult daughter truly enjoyed our stay. The front bedroom overlooks a metro station and a cafe so sleeping in the front bedroom can get noisy without earplugs but after two days we adjusted. Excellent location, exactly as presented and would stay there again. Also had excellent communication with owners.

Great place with lots of character

Stayed 4 nights with our family of 5. Fantastic location in terms of transport and facilities nearby, food shopping, coffee shops, etc, etc.The apartment does have it’s little quirk's with some doors not working properly and the like and it can get quite loud from the street due to the aforementioned restaurants.However the places oozes character and would definitely stay there again without doubt.
