Starfish Cottage - Oceanside Village Resort

#118 is a 1109 sq foot cottage in pristine Oceanside Village Resort. This cottage is flooded with natural light that accentuates the high vaulted ceilings and furnishings that will provide you with all the comforts of home. Our kitchen has all the necessities for preparing meals which can be enjoyed on the private back patio. Choose a dip in the year round indoor heated pool, a soak in the hot tub or take advantage of the exercise room which are all steps away from the cottage.
The Starfish Cottage also offers ample parking in the front, which accommodates larger vehicles, as well as additional guest parking across the road.

Our family spent Christmas at the cottage. We could not have asked for a better experience. The cottage was beautifully decorated with attention to every detail. The chocolates were a lovely touch. The beds, kitchen equipment and facilities, linens etc. were all top notch. Thank you.

Our hosts were very accommodating on our month long stay at Starfish Cottage. We brought our bikes with us and there was a very nice storage area for them that was unexpected. The location is great. We often got to see dear on our evening stroll with our pup Coco. It was also a short ride to the beach and coffee. The cottage it’s self was nice with lots of room and everything we needed for our stay. Penny and Julie were very responsive to our questions- excellent hosts. Hope to stay here again.

Home away from Home.

We really loved staying in ocean side .lots of walking trails and sities to see.The pool was only a few steps away. The place we stayed was excellent ..Everthing you needed was there.It seemed to be a home away from home. I would go back there again ..Everyone was so friendly. Nice too look out your windows and see little bunny rabbits running around.

Great spot for exploring Parksville

This property is so clean and well cared for. It was perfectly comfortable and the kitchen was much better stocked than most places. They even had board games and colouring supplies for the kids. The pool is a great feature, although it gets quite noisy when busy. I would absolutely rebook this for another vacation. Lots to do just a short walk or drive away.

Wonderful vacation rental for families

We had a great time at this rental! We had 2 adults, and then a 13yr, 10yr, 3yr, and 2yr. The older 2 kids loved having their own loft space and private bathroom. We brought a pack n play and it fit in the guest room closet perfectly so that the toddlers could also room share. The beds were comfortable and we all loved the patio with privacy hedges! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. We loved having access to a dishwasher and laundry during the week. We absolutely loved Parksville, this cabin and the surrounding area and cant wait to come back to visit again next year. If you are looking for a family friendly vacation rental for a larger family, this space is perfect!

Great Family Vacation Spot!

We loved the house - it was clean and comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Two good size bedrooms downstairs and the kids loved having the upstairs loft bedroom with their own bathroom and TV. Fantastic location for activities: minigolf is a 2 minute walk, a huge park nearby, and lots of cool spots within a short drive (Coombs, Cathedral Grove, etc). We also did the 5 minute walk to the resort nearby and had a fabulous dinner at the steakhouse/restaurant. The location of the house in the community could not be better if you want to use the pool - it is a 30 second walk. The pool was really nice and was never crowded even though we went everyday at least once and at different times of the day. The area was quiet and clean, no noise at night. Would highly reccomend!!
