I would never book there that place is horrible my room smelled like smoke although I booked a non smoking room the worst motel ever. I wish I could get a refund for my stay

The photos bear no resemblance to reality. When you use booking apps, they give you the worst room of all. We paid extra for the microwave, but we never got one. The rooms are completely filthy. Don't even think about looking under the bed because you'll find other guests' messes. The TV doesn't work, the hairdryer doesn't work, the coffeemaker doesn't work, and they don't have a phone to contact reception. In short, everything is dirty and in poor condition.

Stayed one night and room was in horrible condition and majority of amenities in room did not work. Limited towels that are worn and thin, was up all night and called the cops due to people in room 120 that were fighting physically up until the morning.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort were not priorities. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, a musty odor, and poorly maintained furniture. The bathroom was even worse—mold in the shower, grime on the sink, and a lack of basic toiletries. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I raised concerns, offering no solutions or apology. Noise throughout the night made it impossible to get any rest, and the overall atmosphere of the property felt neglected and unsafe. For the price I paid, I expected at least the basics of hospitality—cleanliness, respect, and security—but unfortunately, none were met. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and booking elsewhere.
