Spacious 3-bedroom 3-bath first floor end unit on the 10th hole of True Blue golf course in Pawleys Island.
More than one are master bedrooms (there are two master bedrooms)! There are 5 beds in all, and 3 full bathrooms.
Pool, hot tub, parking and pond in front of unit.
Screened porch, charcoal grill and golf course behind unit.
Community has 5 pools and hot tubs, and a tennis court.
Washer and dryer in unit for all your laundry needs.
All linens included.
Pool towels for your convenience; please make sure to leave in unit.
Bedroom1: Master with Queen and en-suite bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom3: Master with 1 Double and 2 Twins, en-suite bathroom with garden tub and shower.

“We had a wonderful time. The place is lovely! We had never used VRBO before, and we are so glad that this is the place we ended up at for our first experience. Nadine - you are fabulous! So easy to work with. We were very happy when we first walked in. It smelled nice and clean. The pictures do not do the place any justice. We visited the pool/hot tub during our stay. We did not want to leave. We used to stay at MB, but we enjoyed it better here. Way less hustle & bustle. We visited the beach to go shelling, and found some beauties :) . We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future (next time longer). Thank you Ms. Nadine & Ms. Joyce (housekeeper) & God Bless."

We’ve stayed here before and it does not disappoint! Place is super clean and communication with owner is stellar. I love that it’s an end property so the grands had plenty of room to play. Also close to restaurants and shopping. Nadine is the best

Convenient location

Clean, quiet and restful. It was close to Brookgreen Gardens which was the reason for trip. Very nice place and it was pet friendly so we were able to bring our baby. Would definitely stay there again.

Pack your patience

I’ve rented on VRBO for years. Never had this many issues with a rental or host. I tried EVERYTHING to let it go and chalk it up maybe inexperience but issues kept going beyond rental1. Check in instructions were incorrect.2. Every issue took multiple attempts to reach host for EACH issue3. I primarily used the app for interactions with host but notifications weren’t coming through so that was on VRBO not the host but so glad I had PROOF of each issue.4. Master bed room was missing a cable and remote at check-in. Let the host know and she gave me a handy man’s # but I was in town to care for my sick father whom I had to take to ER Christmas Day so I could not add that to my list of things to do. We just did without.5. No book of “house rules” or instructions with check out expectations.6. Dirty dishes pulled from cabinets multiple times so we washed everything we used.7. Took time to find onsite trash and took trash out as courtesy at check out and host charged additional fee for “excessive dirtiness “???While she did ask about my father I got multiple messages after the rental asking where a remote was that she never provided in the first place.Then asked how many stayed at the property. Initially it was going to be 4 adults but it sleeps 6 so I allowed additional 2 nieces to come since Christmas was interrupted with their grandfather going to ER!!VRBO even said the host was wrong to charge an extra fee and returned it but this WAS NOT worth the HASSLE.

Our special get away

We loved our get away home at beach. Having 2 queen rooms with comfortable beds was accommodating for family and friends. The owner was very helpful with getting me help for dryer. Easy access to beaches and Pawleys community. Very dog friendly. Excellent get away. Can’t wait until I visit again

Great location for a family of 6 and our furbaby

Beach and golf getaway for my family including our 3 year old grandson and our fur baby. Loved that it was a corner lower level unit. The condo was very clean and was just as the pictures and description indicated. We were all very comfortable. Dishwasher was on the blink but the owner left ample disposable plates, cups and cutlery. Owner was quick to reply with answers to any questions. We will definitely rent in the future

Nice and quiet in True Blue

This is a very spacious property. It was only me and my husband but we could have been comfortable with more guests. While Pawleys Island is very busy this time of year it is very nice and quiet in True Blue. You are very close to the South part of Pawleys.

Girls golf getaway

Great place to stay but the third bedroom is not a double bed but two twin beds and like a infant bed 😞one of the reasons I booked this place was that it had three bedrooms and three beds. Loved being on the first floor and a screened in porch and close to the pool.

Excellent location, well equipped & Nadine was very responsive to any questions we had. Joyce the cleaning staff was very accommodating & gave us access to her supplies for our stay. Have rebooked condo for 5 weeks in 2025.

This was one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed at. It smelled wonderful. Nadine was most helpful and very accessible. She promptly answered any questions I had. The place was well equipped with everything you would need while on vacation. The place was comfy and well furnished. I will be back for sure. If you want a spotless place this is it. Even the screened porch was immaculate.

Relaxing week

Late August is a great time to come to Pawley's. The properties at True Blue are always manicured, pools and hottubs are clean and relaxing. We had good food each night. Overall relaxing and beautiful week.

Hated to leave

We love Pawley's and Nadine's beautiful condo was perfect for our stay. It was our first VRBO experience and it won't be our last. Location was close to the beach whether going to Litchfield or Pawley's. We took our pups along and there was plenty of open areas for their walks. The condo was fresh and clean. We didn't cook but the kitchen had plenty of cookware and even storage containers for any leftovers. Highly recommend. Thanks, Nadine!!
