Welcome to Sunburst, your luxurious haven nestled along the pristine shores of Pawleys Island. This exquisite beachfront retreat epitomizes coastal elegance, offering an unparalleled fusion of breathtaking panoramas and refined comfort.

Sunburst boasts a blend of modern amenities and coastal charm. Featuring a well equipped kitchen adorned with sleek appliances and granite countertops, breakfast bar and large dining room table, a beverage refrigerator and two spacious living areas adorned with tasteful coastal décor. The first floor features two creek front bedrooms, each with one Queen bed and one Twin bed and a private bathroom in each. Up the stairs as you enter the second living area, you are greeted by panoramic views of the Pawleys Island Beach shoreline. Large flat screen TV and sufficient seating, guests can access two porches off of this living area to listen to the waves crash. The second floor features four bedrooms. The two creek front bedrooms each have one Queen bed and one Twin bed and a private bathroom in each. The South oceanfront bedroom includes one Queen with a private bathroom. The master suite features one King bed with a private bathroom featuring a soaker tub and shower.

High School Friend Reunion

We were so very pleased with this property. The home is beautiful and was so perfectly set up for 6 couples. The covered porches made great gathering spaces no matter the weather The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The location and views are just perfect! The only suggestion we have is to increase the table seating indoors. We were a party of twelve and the table only seated 8. We have already booked for next year !

Paradise!!

We have traveled to many places around the world. This location is breathtaking. The views from every window were spectacular. Whether you were in the rear of the house and experiencing the energy of the ocean or in the front of the house watching the sunset over the tranquil marsh, there was constant beauty that embraced you. Loved the inside of the house as well.

Perfect house and location for our two families

Perfect house and location for our two families. Having six bedrooms and a bathroom for each was really nice. The living space and kitchen were beautiful and spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony and deck overlooking the ocean.

Beautiful home for extended family vacation

This was our first time to Pawleys Island and also our first time dealing with this particular rental company. I did find it unusual that we had to stop by and pick up an actual key- all of our other rental experiences have given us a code with which to enter the home. It wasn't a huge deal of course, just different having to go somewhere and pick up the key and drop it back off when we left. Overall, we greatly enjoyed the home- the spaciousness and layout were great for our extended family (3 sets of adults and one set of kiddos). The back porch was spacious and a great place to gather. The private walk was in great condition and the beach just incredible. We also really enjoyed having dock access as part of our rental. Crabbing off the dock was a lot of fun. I will note however that although the home boasted very over the top kitchen appliances, it was not well stocked for even the most basic cooking needs (mixing bowls, etc). Also, since it's right on the dock we were surprised that there weren't any big pots or boiling equipment (again very sparse kitchen gear) so we ended up setting free all of the crabs that we caught for dinner as there was no way to cook them. Personally I put a lot of weight into the comfort of the beds/bedrooms, these were not the worst I've ever experienced but also have a lot of room for improvement from the mattresses to the sheets. On the bedrooms, I will note as well that it was difficult for our nappers/kids with early bedtimes as there are only the most sheer of curtains on the windows... so expect full sun in every room all day. Blackout curtains or something more heavy would go a long way! Overall, would love to return again especially if some upgrades are made to the beds. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful property and just as pictures

This was truly an incredible beach house. The pictures do not do this place justice. Easy to get to and directly on the beach. Wonderful views and extremely relaxing. We will certainly be back.
