We had a wonderful stay at the house. Loved the outdoor area and especially the pool during a very hot week in March! The kitchen was very well equipped which made cooking easy and fun, and the location was perfect for us.

Property needs to be clean and sparkling. Floor trim is dirty, patio chairs-red ones falling apart, fire pit blankets left outside and very dusty and unclean looking. No toilet paper. Nice appliances. Didn’t use hot tub, pool ok. Pool floats dirty and slimy, putting green and bocce ball court nice. Easy check in, nice location. Beautiful park a few blocks away.

Trevor is very responsive. The property is clean & in a great location. Decorated extremely well. The outside has allot to offer as far as sitting areas, games, etc. The backyard is very private. Lots of added amenities inside; spices, flour, coffee, games, Sonos speakers, dog toys & bowls, a lot of extra towels, pool toys, etc.

The good. Rooms were nice and good size. Great backyard and common areas in house to hang out in. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and comfortable home. Lots to entertain you in the house and outside. The linens were comfortable and there were more than enough big towels.The not so good. The hot tub was not cleaned and well maintained. The water was green with a gross film and smelled bad. We were told to take care of it ourselves. The water feature of the pool was broken and we were looking forward to that. There were also some small maintenance issues that we had to fix ourselves ex. Slider screen doors would not open and shut so we fixed them and a few other things.

Thanks for a great stay! We really appreciated the two primary bedrooms with their own bathrooms, the walk in showers, the open concept kitchen/living room, the spacious backyard with many things to do and the pet friendly stay. Trevor was a super host with excellent communication and service!

Lovely Staycation in Scottsdale

Lovely property located near everything. How was very well decorated and had all the upgrades. Beds were comfortable and the outside had everything you could need for a good time. Enjoyed the quiet and pool the whole weekend. Thank Trevor for being a great host.

Clean house in a quiet neighborhood

Overall a really nice place, accessible to everything in Scottsdale in a short drive. Only 25 minutes to PHX airport. Didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and ready to go.

Golf Weekend

The host Trevor was great in getting us information into the property long before arrival. The home is in a quiet nice neighborhood and close to everything (20min) in any direction. The beds were quality of a very nice hotel with very clean bedding and surrounding areas. The home needs a few fixes but I'm biased since I'm a builder/developer. Overall great value for the price and would rent again. GB

Great place to stay with family

We spent Thanksgiving 2024 here and had a wonderful time. We had 2 couples, 3 children over 15 years old and a small dog. The outdoor area is wonderful. The kitchen and livingroom flow is also great. The property manager is very communacative and helped us with any minor problems that came up. We were easily able to access great hikes, old town and other Scottsdale attractions. I highly recommend this property!

Great location/comfy beds

We came down with our adult children. There were five of us. The beds were super comfy and the house was well equipped for our needs. Minus the barbecue, which could be replaced. I think it poses a fire hazard. The outside was a bit smaller than we thought it would be but still functional. The lights would go off and on randomly especially the bathroom one in the master bedroom! The switches were confusing. Having said that I would recommend this property. The location is perfect! Minutes to everything!
