My only complaint is the front desk attendant upon arrival was a bit rude. My room wasn’t ready at 4pm and he was not accommodating at all. He informed me there would be no compensation for my inconvenience and there is no guarantee that rooms will be ready on check in. All other staff were pleasant and made us feel welcomed. The room was nice and clean and was the perfect set up for a family with teenage kids as they had a separate room across the two bedroom apartment style room.

The property was well maintained and quiet. Great location. The breakfast buffet was great. Each day you had a different meat and featured item like pancakes, french toast , etc. Liked the layout of room. Great shower (no bath tub) the water flow from shower head was a good amount of water to shower with.

I I didn't like much. Housekeeping never met my wishes,notified front desk, twice. Still no response.Tables and chairs, full by 9AM. or don't get one until after 8PM. Bar not open til 3PM. Something spilled in the refergerator, door compartment, Never Changed Beds, all week.I have pictures the day, I left, of towels still on my floor

We expected it was new like in pictures or just like the location in Porland where we stayed few years ago but it is pretty dated looks especially furnitures , mattress , so far bed in the room need to be updated Overall is average We have stayed at Hyatt in Porland was much better and clean , trendy facility but not this location, we would not stay here again

Staff were very courteous and nice. Grounds and pool are very clean, and well looked after. Rooms and bed linen are spotless too. Large selection of food at breakfast. Once again all staff very helpful and kind.
