As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and inviting atmosphere. Lots of space in this 3000+ sq. ft home, featuring open concept living spaces, perfect for everyone to gather together while having ample space for all. There are two living areas downstairs with ample comfy seating, a cozy fireplace, lots of fun games, shuffleboard table, formal dining area, eat-in kitchen, and a large Smart TV for watching a favorite movie together.
In between the two living rooms, you’ll find the huge, fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, (gas stove top + double ovens! + wine cooler + water filter) a spacious island, and plenty of counter space. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your loved ones. Full coffee service provided for our guests too!

Step outside to the resort-like backyard oasis! The kids (and adults too!) will love splashing in the heated* pool, playing basketball while swimming, and floating in the sun on one of the pool floats. Soak up some rays on one of the many lounger chairs, or open up the shade umbrellas and play with the little ones in the zero-depth pool shelf. Let your stress melt away in the hot tub, and enjoy sitting under the gazebo lit up at night. Guests can enjoy dining together outside at the massive dining table, while taking full advantage of the Traeger BBQ grill. So many fun memories to create here!

With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind inside. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and offer comfortable beds and ample storage for your belongings. All 4 bedrooms and the two full bathrooms are located upstairs, while the guest half-bath is located downstairs. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. Lots of amenities provided for our guests to make you feel right at home! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fluffy towels, makeup towels, Q-Tips, cotton balls, quality toilet paper, and more! Also upstairs in an additional living room in the huge loft that has comfy couches and bean bag chairs, perfect for cozying up to watch a favorite show together on the large Smart TV.

This house features 2 heating/cooling units so that the upper and lower floors can be controlled separately for everyone’s comfort.

This house is very family-friendly! We provide a Pack N Play, highchair, plastic dinnerware, kids games, and a childproof lock that leads to the pool area.

*The pool is heated during our cooler months and there is NO extra charge for it! We try to keep it heated up to 88 degrees, but when nighttime temps drop below 50-degrees, the heater will shut off at night which means the pool temp will go down as well. The pool does heat back up during the day, but we cannot guarantee that the water will get all the way back up to 88-degrees, despite our best efforts!

The Fine Print:
Check-in & check-out is contactless by door code provided prior to check-in. Guest Handbook provided at the house to ensure guests have all pertinent info.

No Check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

No unauthorized early check-ins.
No bag drops prior to check in.
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.
Guests cannot receive mail / packages here through the US postal service.

Video disclosure: There are 2 video surveillance cameras on the property for the security of our guests. This is by no way an intrusion on our guests, but rather an extra level of protection and security for protection. One camera is located outside the front door, and the other overlooks the driveway. All look out over public places only.

If the cleaning of the house after a guest checks out takes more than 5-hours, the guest will be charged accordingly for the excess.
