7 nights minimum! (Don't worry, you will never want to leave)

SPLASH. This home is equipped with a gas heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.

City Code Enforcement:

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

The perfect vacation

The pictures do not do the property justice, perfect location, resort like yard and pool. The attention to detail with the decor and the cleanliness of the property were without fault. I don't have enough room to give it the review it deserves. From the owners attention to detail, to the peoperty managers immediate responses due to my lack of technology sense (and their patience with me), to the cleaning staff doing a fabulous job, a 20 out of 10 stars. Did I mention the kitchen has everything you could dream of including top end appliances??? I probably shouldn't give such a great review so it will be available the next time we visit. Thank you for a perfect home away from home!

Beautiful Spacious Home

Wonderful location and beautiful, well-maintained home. Enjoyed the spacious kitchen preparing meals and morning coffee on the patio. Ample space for family, teens and private room for grandma. Quiet community, lovely backyard and very clean home.

I want to buy this house!

The house was clean and completely furnished with spare pillows, blankets, everything. The kitchen had absolutely every item you would need. It was a fun kitchen to cook in especially with that range. The backyard was gorgeous and the pool and hot tub were our favorite places to be. The neighbor was very safe and had endless sidewalks to walk, run or bike. Our only issue was the communication with the property management team. We requested information regarding the pool maintenance. We wanted to make sure we would plan our outings around the pool service time. Their response was, "schedule's are very hard to pin down in the summer" and that they didn't have an answer. Then, not a few hours later we saw the service tech pouring chemicals into the pool. He was very nice and explained to us that he comes every Thursday late morning to shock the pool because the rental was so popular. Due to the acid, we had to wait a minimum of 24 hours before using the pool again. We totally understood however, why wasn't this information given to us before check-in? AND, if we didn't physically see him, we would have entered the pool and gotten chemical burns. When I contacted the management team to let them know, they gave us a loaded answer blambing the technicians. Also, I requested information on the combo lock for the outside umbrella (why was it locked?) and never got a response. Overall, the house and property did not disappoint. However, the management team sure did.

Photos don’t do this house justice, it was the perfect house for our family holiday. Any questions we had they were super responsive. Tons of outdoor living, comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of pool floats and everything you would need for your stay.

Great home away from home

This home provided us with a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The house shows even better than the pictures on the website. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped. We spent a great deal of time outside in the resort-style surroundings. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds and pillows ae very comfortable. The house is very clean. The gated community gave us a sense of security. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

Gorgeous property. Will be back!

Perfectly set up and nice and clean. The outdoor area felt like our own little resort space. The entire house is well-appointed and comfortable. Note that there’s a full spice cupboard and a few coffee pods were left, but that’s the extent of food supplies. We bought all our own condiments etc. Not a big deal, but we’ve stayed in homes where there were a few supplies in the fridge so we weren’t sure what to expect.

Stunning property that was well appointed

From the moment we arrived the house exceeded our expectations. Pool was warm on arrival. Spacious inside an out. Very clean and had everything you needed. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great. Property management was responsive and communicative for the few questions I had. Plan on returning this summer to enjoy the pool and property with friends.

Beautiful home with lots of space

We had two families staying at this property over the Christmas holiday. Even though the temperatures were a little cool, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The kitchen amenities were more than ample and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, modern and comfortable. My only suggestion for the property manager in the future is for more clear instructions - I could have saved the emergency contact a few phone calls if the information had been clearer (e.g., pool and spa heating, use of clubhouse, front door code, etc.). But if given the opportunity, we would 100% stay at this property again.
