This vacation rental offers a prime location and a private outdoor oasis with plenty of amenities to enjoy during your stay. Make a splash in the heated pool, soak your cares away in the spa, or practice your swing on the putting green. If you’d rather venture out, catch a Spring Training game at Sloan Park, visit loved ones at Arizona State University, or wander around the Mill Avenue District!

Upon booking, we will request that you sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your government-issued ID.

This agreement outlines the house rules and safety guidelines for the property. Providing the signed agreement and ID is required to honor the reservation. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

Great place for two couples with some toddlers. Easy to quickly “child safe” it and they had a pack and play and a high chair.Pool and hot tub (and really all outside areas) were amazing. Deeply enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous Pool and Beautiful Home

Steve and Tatiana were excellent and attentive hosts. We had a minor problem starting the jacuzzi and within 30 minutes they had it up and running. Along with the comfortable modern home interior and beautiful refreshing pool, the back yard it set with a grill, fire feature and great night lighting with many outdoor games that kept us entertained. If we are back in Tempe, we will definitely be looking up this place first.

I took a small group of boys to compete in a basketball tournament. The weather was cool and rainy so the heated pool was a godsend. I would definitely rent this house again.

Innings festival and spring training

Was nice fairly easy access to get around. Had a rental car and used urber/lyftSon hubby and i. Enjoyed the warmth and sun since we all live in colder climate. Enjoyed the back yard. Catalyst brewery walking distance was a great find.

Winter get away

Great location! Close to groceries and Tempe marketplace with lots of restaurants. Good central location for golf and things to see and do!! Had a great visit!! Hosts very responsive when we got there and questions. Thanks we will be back next winter!

Ironman Tempe 2024

The home was very comfortable for our family. It was freeway close and convenient shopping for our needs. Steve was an awesome host and answered any questions we had about using the home - like the hot tub controls. :) The neighborhood was quiet and there was ample parking. I would stay here again when in Tempe.

Terrific Tempe Stay

This property listing is exact! It is warm and welcoming with lots of seating available for family to gather. We had a terrific time hosting a big dinner here with lots of dishes and silverware available! The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and is roomy enough for several cooks to be in at one time. The beds were incredibly comfortable with lots of towels and even toiletries! The backyard is a beautiful oasis with the pool and hot tub beautifully landscaped. Lots of seating available in the backyard so that everyone was able to get sun or shade, lounge or dine, all at the same time. We enjoyed the outdoor space immensely. The lighting at night was beautiful and relaxing. Owners were quick to respond to our request of an early arrival (40 minutes early) and responded promptly to issues that arose (the Keurig died, so a new one was in its place the next morning!). Steve was wonderful to work with. We look forward to gathering the family here again!

Beautiful Oasis

I would highly recommend this property and host to any and everyone. We had a minor hiccup when we arrived but Steve, the host, came in to save the day!! The house, pool and other amenities were awesome! Would love to stay here again when we return in late February!

A short getaway to see my daughter at asu

This is the perfect home with all the right amenities. The owner was awesome helping out with turning on the jacuzzi and we loved our stay. We actually spent more time at the house than expected bc we enjoyed it so much. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Absolutely loved this house. We come every year and this house is by far our favorite, especially loved the special touches such as the tooth brushes since my husband forgot his. Pool was amazing. Will definitely try to get this one again.
