The staff are very nice and attentive. The driver picked us up on time from the airport. It only took 5 minutes to get to the hotel. The staff helped bring our luggage to our hotel and rooms. Approximately 10 feet away from the hotel is a laundrymat that is open 24 hours for self service. I didn’t like the food options for breakfast but that's okay because there are restaurants, a pharmacy, and a 7 eleven store that is approximately 5 minutes walk away. There is a beautiful beach that is 6 minutes drive away too. The hotel was accommodating and nice enough to drive our family to the beach and drop us off during their hourly shuttle. However, we need to find our own ride back to the hotel, which is fine. The other hotels that I stayed in has a bathtub that is high so it was hard to get in and out of the bathtub. This hotel only has a shower stall. It also has a complete glass door that opens and shuts, thus water doesn't go all over the place when we shower. I wanted to swim in the rooftop pool. Sadly, we were so busy visiting places in Phuket that I didn’t get a chance to swim in the rooftop pool. I give this hotel a 5/5 stars.

The rooms are very clean, bright and spacious, and very affordable. The pool is well maintained and dining options are not disappointing. Staff are always happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible and nothing is a problem to them. My husband and I have stayed twice at the lovely Pamphuree Residence and will definitely return. Close and handy to Phuket Airport - another happy bonus! Thank you to all the helpful and cheerful staff!

The room was nice. The air-conditioning worked good, the building had an elevator, but removing the key when you leave, it’s not a good idea for the air conditioning. The only real problem I found with this place was the girls attitude at the desk. She was not very friendly or hospitable.!

Very clean, staff were excellent ,very helpful and friendly.Restaurant in the hotel was awesome with the pool.Walkinh distance to shops.Safe at any time.We enjoyed the variety of food options at the shops and also did late night walks for snacks.Hotel also gave us transport options.There is a laundry opposite the hotel.

From the moment I checked in the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I was supposed to have breakfast included in this stay as advertised by Expedia but that did not happen. I checked in anyways and checked out 20 mins later because the hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Stains on bedsheets, holes in pillows, dead bugs everywhere and mold on the walls. When I checked out the front desk lady started being really nice offering breakfast and to switch rooms but I had already booked another hotel and am SO GLAD I did.
