"I recently stayed at Sugar Marina Resort - Lagoon - Villas, Naiyang Beach and overall I had a really great experience.From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. An employee immediately helped bring my luggage into the reception area, and check-in was smooth and easy. I was also offered a welcome drink, which was a really nice touch after traveling.The lobby itself was very clean, aesthetic, and relaxing. Once I got to the room, I was honestly impressed — it was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The hotel overall had a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and I appreciated that it never felt overcrowded or noisy.One thing that made the stay even more special was that I mentioned I was celebrating my birthday, and the staff surprised me with a cake and sang Happy Birthday for me, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture.
