If renting a car, there is no parking for this hotel. Very basic hotel. Not a welcoming reception area with water and snacks for guests. Area behind the hotel has lots of restaurants and bars but it makes it noisy at night, particularly Fridays-Sundays.

Great hotel with a fantastic staff! Firstly, the location is fabulous – right in the heart of Ponta Delgada and close to all the main attractions. It's surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops, which made exploring the area so convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, which was an added bonus. The breakfast was fantastic – delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to suit every taste. Everything in the hotel worked perfectly. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout our stay, which was important for us. We had a wonderful experience here and will definitely stay again next time we're in Ponta Delgada. Highly recommend!

Perfect location. Guided tour buses stop at this hotel. There is a taxi stand outside. There is a bakery across the street and a Subway sandwich just around the corner. Many dining places within two blocks. You'll have a view of the marina. Choose Neat.

Hotel was in great location near the marina and food and shops. Staff were very pleasant and room was clean and comfortable. The only thing to be aware, if you rent a car, they don’t have parking so you need to park on the streets or underground in the marina which can be costly.
