Porlezza. The holiday apartment is located in a holiday complex, on a garden plot. The villa is located in Porlezza on Lake Lugano and lies amidst the green parkland of Porto Letizia. The family-friendly location boasts a public lakeside park with winding walking trails and a communal beach with SUP and watersports rental, 2 children’s playgrounds and a main building, the Palazzo, with a reception, a stylish cafĂ©-bar, a modern Italian restaurant, the Panama Restaurant, and more. In the months of July and August there is also an entertainment programme for children. Thanks to the resort’s central location on Via Prati, guests can reach the town amenities, bus and ferry links, and Porlezza’s lakeside road (2–5 minutes on foot). Perfect for a fun and varied holiday on the Italian-Swiss lakes, the resort is only a short drive from the year-round lake capital of Lugano and the picturesque, well-connected Lake Como town of Menaggio on Lake Como (22–28 minutes by car). The apartment does NOT have a lake view. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
