the room had a weird smell, when asked for 2 extra towels the front desk attendant gave them to me but made sure to let me know they are not supposed to give me towels, the blinds in the room are not black out curtains and lots of light enters the room every morning, there is no big mirror and if you need extra toilet paper you need to pay for it, in addition they don't have an equipped patio area where guests can gather and spend time together, they have a sofa and a table with chairs in the lobby but can only be used until 8p and you need to keep your voice super low. Hotel doesn’t have a pool

The room was big , however the elevators smelt of Urine. I could hear people talking loudly and a dog which was crying in the night. Breakfast was a paper bag of banana and muffin so not to expect much . But also make sure u check your statement because I was charged two extra times and if I didn’t tell them my card would have been charged extra. Although when booking through Hotel.com says pay at Hotel they charged my card anyways and I didn’t want to use that card and they charged my other card as well. But seriously thank goodness I got that settled before I left . Also little warning when booking on a Daytona weekend which we did a year in advance my friends room was cancelled because they said they tried to contact her which she never got a call and we were on a plane so how could she even get her call if they even tried . And to just cancel a room just like that was un acceptable . Also not to mention we came in early that morning and asked if our rooms were available and they said not till 4 and no room space to leave our luggage . They didn’t even mention anything to us that they were trying to contact our friend. And we even checked back two other times hoping the room would be ready after a very long flight in. Never one time mentioning anything until the time we were checking in . That is a poor customer service to cancel anyone rooms especially booking a year in advance .finally after 4 hours or so got a room .

Very cheaply built hotel. Could hear upstairs occupants "getting it" multiple times from ved thumping, great for them, annoying for non-voyouer types. Easily heard next door TV as well, hadto turn our TV up to drown it to a muffle. Luckily we had 2 things happen, 1st we have a sound machine to sleep with and they went to bed early. The room was clean, suites with apartment fridge, microwave and 2 burner flat top. No utensils to use flat top. Would check elsewhere before staying again.
