The Space:

Fully equipped. It is very well located in the city center of Porto, in a district known as “Bolhão”. From the window, you can admire the iconic Bolhão Market, considered one of the city's “must-see” spots.



Two-bedroom apartment with 115m2 and two double beds, plus air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, etc ...). Spacious, well-lit living room with sofa, dining table and balcony. A bathroom with towels, sheets and first aid kit. Wi-Fi, television and heater.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in downtown Porto, in the cultural and tourist center of the city, where the fun happens! The street is opposite the emblematic Bolhão Market, close to Avenida dos Aliados and the Clérigos Tower. There are restaurants, supermarkets, monuments, pharmacies and stores nearby.



At night, the Galerias de Paris area is one of the liveliest places in the whole city.

Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €190 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff in to inspect the property, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.



We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! You just need to request it (price on request)
