Wile traveling in Portugal, this hotel was our favorite hotel to stay at. We had an amazing experience here and highly recommend this hotel while visiting Porto. We were welcomed by the most kind and helpful hotel staff and given a glass of Port wine at check-in that we still think about today. Bruna, Hugo, and Francisca at the reception desk made our stay memorable. They were so helpful answering any questions we had about the city or giving us tips and guidance on where to eat, what to do, and about transportation options. They definitely contributed to our wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. In fact, every employee at this hotel including housekeeping, the staff at breakfast, and all at the reception desk were great. This hotel itself is conveniently located in the city center and close to shopping, eating, historical landmarks and museums. My husband and I were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit and easily hop on a Hop On Hop Off bus to fully see all of Porto. It’s a boutique hotel with only 24 rooms housed in a historic mansion. Our stay included buffet breakfast which had a wonderful spread and was very delicious. The best buffet breakfast we had on our trip. There is a self service laundry facility next door should you need to launder any clothes. If traveling to Porto, we would highly recommend this hotel. You will not regret it.

Highly recommended! Perfect location and the staff and service was definitely 5star. The breakfast staff and food was outstanding. The restaurant, Blind, was a once in a lifetime experience. You must opt for the wine pairing. The sommelier was awesome! We will stay here again when we visit Porto.
