The location is convenient to everything but not really in one of the touristy locations. You’ll walk just a little bit to get to those areas, but it’s sort of in the middle of everything I wanted to do. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is that I ate in the sky lounge and wasn’t able to take my leftovers back to my room.

Wonderful hotel. I spent 3 nights here while in Porto. Was away from the hustle and bustle of downtown so it was quiet. I felt safe walking around the area. Room was clean, staff was so friendly and helpful

very nice hotel but a bit too far from the centre. However the 500 bus stopped outside the hotel. The access to the roof terrace is poorly signposted but pleasant when you get there. Getting food in the bar in the evening was slow as there were no staff at the bar and we had to go to reception to let them know we wanted to order food. Efficient staff, excellent breakfast.

Fantastic stay! Hotel was in a great location and very new and clean. Only complaint as a Canadian is our AC didn't cool the room below 22 even when we set it to 18.
