Casa Caldiero - il Paguro #9 Apartment With Large Terrace

Entering the apartment there's a spacious and bright living room: there is a comfortable sofa with a fireplace, a dinner table and open kitchen and has direct access to the balcony.

There are two bedrooms tastefully decorated and two bathrooms with showers (all the rooms have air conditioning). Each room has an access to the large balcony, from which you can enjoy the view of the sea, the coast, the main beach, Li Galli island and the ancient towers. The terrace is furnished with chairs, an armchair and a stone bench.

The apartment, accessible on foot, is located inside the private estate of Casa Caldiero, which is a few minutes walking distance from restaurants, bars, beaches, grocery stores, the pier and the town center. You can reach the apartment from two different entrances: one at the bottom close to the sea, climbing 150 steps and another one from the road walking down 160 stairs.

Our clients have always appreciated the tranquility of our apartments, therefore, we want to warn all our guests that parties are not allowed.
After one week stay, we offer a free cleaning service, which includes changing sheets etc.

SERVICES:
At arrival, I'll meet you all at the road where the driver will drop you off or if arriving by ferry down at the dock to make getting to the apartment easier and will organize the porters for you if needed.

We offer a nice bottle of wine, a few beers, a bottle of water and taralli so that upon arrival you'll have something cold and refreshing.
And also offer Coffee pods for the nespresso, fette biscottate which would be toast, jams and butter so for the first morning you'll have a little breakfast option.

For stays 7 days or longer, there's a mid stay clean which includes a change of sheets, towels and a quick clean of the apartment.

For stays of 5 days I'll have an extra set of bath towels for you.

If you would like to have maid service daily please let me know ahead of time for the availability of the maid and can organize it. She charges 20 Euro an hour.

This apartment accommodates up to 4 people max.


During the whole stay, the guests can count on the assistance of our staff, who will be at your disposal for any information.
The check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm: we always suggest you communicate your time of arrival in advance.
The check-out is at 10 am.
In case you arrive after 8 pm, we ask you to contact us beforehand so that the staff will be ready to welcome you. This service has an extra cost of €50 to be paid in cash at the time of arrival.
Moreover, there are fixed cleaning fee of €80 and tourist tax of €2,50 each night per person, all to be paid in cash at the apartment.
If you stay one week or longer, we can provide you with cleaning once a week upon your request.
We have a 3-night minimum stay policy.
