Casa Ivan is a bright, comfortable holiday home located on a hillside, just in front of the sea and it can accommodate 2 people. This apartment is 45 sq m large and it is part of a property which consists of other 2 houses as well. It offers all the necessary and modern facilities for a relaxing and comfortable vacation, such as: air conditioning (or winter heating), living room, WI-FI Internet access, a well equipped kitchenette and a terrace that is 25 square meters large and is partially covered by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Casa Ivan is only 600 meters away from the center of Positano, where you will find bars, restaurants and shops. The bus stop both for the Amalfi-Sorrento line and the local city line is at only 200 meters, while the closest beach is 1.5 km far. Actually there is no need of a car if you stay at this place, but anyway if you have one, there is the possibility to park it in a garage (at extra cost) that must be reserved in advance. Please be aware that the access to this property is along a narrow road that is not suitable for large vehicles. Alternatively, you can park larger cars free of charge along the public roads (but the distance from where you succeed in parking your car to the property will depend on the availability of parking spaces).

In detail this apartment consists of a living room, (whose furniture is very cozy), where there is also a sofa bed for a third guest (on request, at extra cost) and there is air-conditioning of course. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette has got a gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace.
From the corridor you can reach the bedroom, provided with a double bed (larger than a queen-size bed), air conditioning/heating units and en-suite bathroom (with shower, washing machine and hair-dryer).
Neighborhood and transport
Positano is renowned all over the world for the fantastic views it offers and the houses built in the rock. It is certainly one of the most enchanting places in the world with a unique landscape and a wonderful sea.
However, it is good to know that among its features, there is inevitably a need to make several steps to move on foot, so people with mobility difficulties may have some problems.
The car is advisable to move freely, as an alternative to taxis or public transport.
