Disappointing Stay at a Severely Neglected Property We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and unfortunately, our experience was far from the 4-star standard it claims to uphold. The property appears to have not been meaningfully updated in decades—and the condition reflects that. Our room lacked internal curtains, providing little privacy.There was zero soundproofing—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and above. Towels were old, thin, and fraying, while bedsheets were questionable in cleanliness. The bathroom in our room was so small. The furniture was extremely dated and worn. The coffee table was rotting, and seating was stained, discolored, and even ripped. Provided toiletries were cheap sachets—not what you’d expect from a hotel claiming 4 stars. Only one bottle of water was provided for our entire stay. When I requested more, I was told to get it myself from the restaurant—where I was then charged €5. Avoid this hotel if you can.

This property does have a beautiful pool with a nice view. It’s up farther on the hill from town but there is a local bus stop right outside the hotel. The hotel rooms are run down and do not reflect the pictures. The kids’ beds were not good and I paid for a sea view but from the window in the room was not that at all. The staff was generally dismissive. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was nice but decor was older. You need to take cabs to go where shopping and restaurants are located. Cars are around 60 into the main area and then another 60 back again. The breakfast was nice and the area to eat overlooked Positano… very pretty

View from the room was amazing but this come with a big price Google map was not updates properly which make it very hard to find the main car entrance, google map is directing toward an old abandoned pedestrian gate. The gentleman at the front desk was not enough helpful and bit rude. Access to the room is like solving a puzzle, need to use two elevators, and at least one stair and long corridor to arrive to the room, it took time to find the way each time. Not to mention
