The multi-level property with four bedrooms and five bathrooms which are all carefully decorated to reflect the elegance of the villa. All four modernly-furnished bedrooms are air conditioned and three of the bedrooms also have a view of Positanoâs exceptional sea and one bedroom has also a private access to the shortcut to the town.

There is direct access to the town via 50 steps from the terrace to make accessing the entertainment of Positano easy and effortless.
What an amazing home! Even better than described, and the host was awesome to deal with. He made our trip so special for my family! I highly recommend staying at this gorgeous house!
The pool does not exist! We booked this villa for our family, 10 people only because of the pool. A few days before check-in the Host emailed me saying the city took away their permit for the pool and they would provide to spas as a replacement. Upon arrival, we did notice that these were not brand new spas. They had clearly been there for quite some time so this listing is false advertisement.. The host did pay for our transfers to and from Naples, but that did not compensate for the lack of pool.
There was a Cleaning Lady every morning, which was nice.
One of the bedrooms is on the lower level which we called the dungeon, and it had sewer flies and smelled of mold and mildew.
The Villa is located very high up and we needed to use transfers. Every time we wanted to go down into town costing âŹ70 each way which added up for for our duration of our stay sometimes having to pay âŹ240 because we went up and down twice.
The villa itself is nice, but definitely not up to my standards.
Peaceful, with fantastic view! Very clean and comfortable. Family of 10 loved our stay. Sara the cleaning woman was wonderful. Love the dinner our Chef made us for our 50th Anniversary.
Francesco assisted with all of our needs from day 1 of booking. This included transportation to and from Napoli Centrale train station, an amazing private boat charter, and transportation while in Positano. The walk down to the beach takes about 15-20 minutes walking and the stairs are easily accessible from the Villa. You can also take a taxi which can be faster or slower depending on traffic. We mostly walked to and from the beach and restaurants. If you arrive late and do not have dinner reservations, Da Constantino up the street (Via Corvo) was good food as well as Ristorante Pizzeria CâEra Una Volta (down the front stairs) for close by meals. There is a market up the hill that accommodated all of our needs for adults and our 1 year old that was traveling with us. I would highly recommend staying at Francescoâs Villa Tesoro!
My family and I were beyond happy with the accommodations at Villa Tesoro! The space was amazing and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Francesco and all his staff made sure we had an incredible stay. The walk to and from town was strenuous with all the stairs but getting to enjoy this incredible villa and the breathtaking views made it worth it. I would highly recommend booking the chef to make dinner at the house as it was our best meal in Italy. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting the Amalfi coast!
We enjoyed our stay very much at Villa Tesoro. It was a little further from the city center than we thought but there are plenty of taxis and a bus service to get you to town. The view is amazing and overall the villa is in good condition, with a couple of minor things that need to be fixed. Our favorite part was relaxing on the outdoor patio and enjoying the view.
