The villa is a charming ancient building completely modernized, pleasantly exposed to the sun and with a splendid breathtaking view of the pristine adjacent sea, the very comfortable beds are suitable for a number of five people. From the villa you will enjoy a wonderful view and breathe the scents of the coast of (URL HIDDEN) villa is spread over a total space of about 100 square meters. It has a large and habitable private terrace overlooking the sea, a private garden, air conditioning and heating. The villa is located in a pedestrian area, in the eighteenth-century historic center of Praiano, pearl of the Amalfi coast, about 100 meters from a super-supplied grocery store and from the local bus stop. You can choose your favorite among a wide choice of restaurants about 1 km away and a charming village with a beach equipped with bathing establishments, boat and dinghy rental etc. about 1. 5 km. You will reach the villa from the parking area going up a public walkway of approximately 100 meters with a pleasant stairway of approximately 66 stairway steps. During your stay you will not be obliged to use your car to stay.

AnnaMaria is lovely and wonderful to work with. Her property is very clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Outdoor patio is gorgeous with amazing views. Many things are in walking distance but just be aware there are many steps involved. The bus is very easy to use and there is a bus stop near the apartment.

Praiano is a little slice of heaven and Casa Bianca is a lovely retreat within it! The outdoor space is magical and we made many beautiful memories here and in the area. We cannot adequately express our gratitude enough for the excellent communication, helpful tips and recommendations, transfer arrangements, and overall kindness that was extended to us. AnnaMaria is a fabulous host. The community festival on on first evening (Bianca) was such a fun welcome to the town and allowed us to participate in a customary gathering. Casa Bianca included many exceptional amenities, including cooking/serving supplies, lounging areas, stunning balcony views, pillows, blankets, and a delicious bottle of limoncello. The pictures are accurate but experiencing it in person is 10x better!Our family enjoyed lovely moments on the outdoor patio, including sunrises, sunsets, meals, and relaxation moments. Our stay was one that we will always remember with fondness and gratitude!

Anna Maria was excellent host! Met us on arrival and was available our entire stay via WhatsApp. The house is very spacious and clean. The decor makes for an authentic stay! The outdoor terrace, as all the reviews state, is AMAZING! The view of the sea is incredible. We spent a lot of time out on the terrace! It’s in a quiet area. Little grocery store right around the corner with restaurants and wine shop a 10 min walk away. There are 4 main taxis is that area. All available via WhatsApp and can quickly come and get you to and from anywhere. It will run you about 30 for a ride from the beach to the stay. So we would walk down the steps to get to the beach and then taxi back up!

Stay in Praiano

I had a wonderful stay at Annamaria's home with my husband and two young adult daughters. The house has a lovely terrace and beautiful view. Annamaria was so friendly and helpful, she made us feel right at home. Praiano is so beautiful and not as busy as Amalfi or Positano. We had excellent meals in the restaurant and were able to get fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses and more at the mini market right down the road. There is a local bus stop very close to the apartment which is super convenient. We also hiked the Path of the Gods right from our doorstep (lots and lots of stairs) but so worth it! If you are looking for a place to stay in Praiano, you can't go wrong if you book this home!

Anna Maria was waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was easy to get to either by cab or walking . Anna Marita was very helpful with helping make arrangements for drivers and activities- lovely lady. Great place, great time!

Amazing location, wonderful hosts, beautiful views

Our stay at Annamaria’s home was nothing short of wonderful! She was an amazing host, the location was central in Praiano, and the restaurants were outstanding. The view from the terrace was truly magical and we miss having coffee there every morning! There is a great market, bus stop, restaurants and parking nearby. Annamaria helped us with reservations for a boat day (which was our favorite!), recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, and arranged for a parking pass for us for the week. The town of Praiano is quiet and friendly-this is a true community and we felt lucky to have been able to experience it. We loved everything about our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a a wonderful stay in this villa. AnnaMaria was an amazing host and she has a beautiful garden she shared with us. She gave us restaurant recommendations and beach ideas. We loved the IL Playa Beach Club if you want to be on the water for a day. Would love to come back!

Step back in time with this beautiful property overlooking the Mediterranean!

We loved every minute of our stay at this villa! We stopped at the little market every morning for fresh food, then spent the day exploring before we came back to cook up a delicious meal! Antoinette was so lovely to work with, and helpful when we had a medical need. Highly recommend! !

Beautiful apartment in Praiano!

This was a wonderful experience! The location of the apartment was perfect with many restaurants, grocery, and places to go and see. The view from the terrace was amazing and a wonderful space to have lunch or lay out enjoying the beautiful weather. Annamaria is an amazing hostess and provided so much support in planning prior to our trip and even more once we arrived. I cannot show our appreciation enough for how wonderful it was to meet her and stay in her lovely home. We will definitely visit again and stay here too!

Wish we could stay longer

Annamaria’s home was wonderful. We most enjoyed the terrace overlooking the sea and curved coastline. We could have spent all our days outside and not become tired of this view. Annamaria was quickly responsive and was thorough in her advice/tips. The home was welcoming, clean, and stocked with cooking utensils. There was a quaint grocery store nearby with a few restaurants in walking distance. There are a number of steps to and from the front door, although that is quite characteristic of the area - and what makes it so beautiful! The home is also near a bus stop, making it easy to access the local coastal areas.

Amazing Amalfi location

Our group absolutely adored AnnaMaria and her place! Excellent location in a sweet little town, close to Positano if you want to explore there. We ended up staying in Praiano our whole trip, enjoying the sunshine on the amazing terrace, eating at local restaurants, and hiking the Path of Gods. AnnaMaria was so accommodating and gave lots of recommendations for anything we had questions on. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Amalfi coast but away from the business of the larger cities.

The Perfect Stay!

We are so thankful to have chosen this location. Traveling to Italy for the first time was a bit intimidating but that all changed when we connected with the best host we’ve ever had, Cosimo!! From arranging transportation, welcoming us, going out of his way to accommodate even the smallest request, Cosimo was responsive, accommodating and understanding. Made the trip to Rome so much smoother. And then the penthouse and location. Absolutely dead center where we wanted to be between Vatican City and Ancient Rome. The flat itself was safe, amazing, plenty of space, views, and comfortable bedding/seating to make our time there uber enjoyable. Especially loved the artistic touches around each nook and cranny. The details Cosimo provided on restaurants, sites, etc was as detailed as anything we have ever seen! He actually reviews and rates them all from his vast experience living in Rome. Thank you Cosimo! You were the perfect host!

Great 4 days. Quiet town. Close to small store to get some kitchen supplies. Beautiful patio. There are stairs but bus stop is close to the location. Had a meal cooked in house for us. Highlight! Great friendly hostess. Top notch.

We love Praiano and this property

What an absolutely amazing stay. We adored everything about this casa. The rooms, the kitchen , the balconies and especially the terrace and the views! And Praiano was the perfect home base for exploring the Amalfi coast . It was much less crowded and touristy than the neighboring towns and had such a wonderful feel to it. We always enjoyed returning to the villa after a busy day of site seeing . Praiano has amazing restaurants, kind people and a great free beach . We found it fairly easy to get to the other towns on the coast via bus, despite being there in the busy season. Annamaria was a fabulous host. She was so kind and helpful . We would return any day! Absolutely recommend booking this villa!

Beautiful house with great view

We had a great week at Anna Maria's house. The view from the terrace is beautiful, and the house was clean and had everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach, or you can take the bus. We mostly walked down and took the bus back. To visit other cities on the Amalfi Coast, we recommend the bus or boat since parking is very limited. The boat ride was amazing! For food, we enjoyed Armandino's restaurant at the beach, recommended by Anna Maria. It was delicious and fairly priced. Thanks for a wonderful week!
