The villa is a charming ancient building completely modernized, pleasantly exposed to the sun and with a splendid breathtaking view of the pristine adjacent sea, the very comfortable beds are suitable for a number of five people. From the villa you will enjoy a wonderful view and breathe the scents of the coast of (URL HIDDEN) villa is spread over a total space of about 100 square meters. It has a large and habitable private terrace overlooking the sea, a private garden, air conditioning and heating. The villa is located in a pedestrian area, in the eighteenth-century historic center of Praiano, pearl of the Amalfi coast, about 100 meters from a super-supplied grocery store and from the local bus stop. You can choose your favorite among a wide choice of restaurants about 1 km away and a charming village with a beach equipped with bathing establishments, boat and dinghy rental etc. about 1. 5 km. You will reach the villa from the parking area going up a public walkway of approximately 100 meters with a pleasant stairway of approximately 66 stairway steps. During your stay you will not be obliged to use your car to stay.

Wish we could stay longer

Annamaria’s home was wonderful. We most enjoyed the terrace overlooking the sea and curved coastline. We could have spent all our days outside and not become tired of this view. Annamaria was quickly responsive and was thorough in her advice/tips. The home was welcoming, clean, and stocked with cooking utensils. There was a quaint grocery store nearby with a few restaurants in walking distance. There are a number of steps to and from the front door, although that is quite characteristic of the area - and what makes it so beautiful! The home is also near a bus stop, making it easy to access the local coastal areas.

Amazing Amalfi location

Our group absolutely adored AnnaMaria and her place! Excellent location in a sweet little town, close to Positano if you want to explore there. We ended up staying in Praiano our whole trip, enjoying the sunshine on the amazing terrace, eating at local restaurants, and hiking the Path of Gods. AnnaMaria was so accommodating and gave lots of recommendations for anything we had questions on. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Amalfi coast but away from the business of the larger cities.

The Perfect Stay!

We are so thankful to have chosen this location. Traveling to Italy for the first time was a bit intimidating but that all changed when we connected with the best host we’ve ever had, Cosimo!! From arranging transportation, welcoming us, going out of his way to accommodate even the smallest request, Cosimo was responsive, accommodating and understanding. Made the trip to Rome so much smoother. And then the penthouse and location. Absolutely dead center where we wanted to be between Vatican City and Ancient Rome. The flat itself was safe, amazing, plenty of space, views, and comfortable bedding/seating to make our time there uber enjoyable. Especially loved the artistic touches around each nook and cranny. The details Cosimo provided on restaurants, sites, etc was as detailed as anything we have ever seen! He actually reviews and rates them all from his vast experience living in Rome. Thank you Cosimo! You were the perfect host!

Great 4 days. Quiet town. Close to small store to get some kitchen supplies. Beautiful patio. There are stairs but bus stop is close to the location. Had a meal cooked in house for us. Highlight! Great friendly hostess. Top notch.

We love Praiano and this property

What an absolutely amazing stay. We adored everything about this casa. The rooms, the kitchen , the balconies and especially the terrace and the views! And Praiano was the perfect home base for exploring the Amalfi coast . It was much less crowded and touristy than the neighboring towns and had such a wonderful feel to it. We always enjoyed returning to the villa after a busy day of site seeing . Praiano has amazing restaurants, kind people and a great free beach . We found it fairly easy to get to the other towns on the coast via bus, despite being there in the busy season. Annamaria was a fabulous host. She was so kind and helpful . We would return any day! Absolutely recommend booking this villa!

It Couldn’t Have Been Better….

Annamaria’s property was as advertised and More…the indoor living was clean and comfortable, but the outdoor was over the top…I do not think we took one shower indoors. Having the outdoor shower was the best.Great Views all the while having privacy. Annamaria was a Great host, she helped with all of our transportation needs, but also helped set up some tours and dining…..If you are looking for a quite beautiful villa that is still close to all things Amalfi, look no further!

Wonderful apartment with incredible views

Patio is perfect for all day sun with a big table in the shade. Easy walk down hill to restaurants etc. Local bus will take you up the hill for your return with a stop near the apartment. Residence is spacious, very clean and kitchen well equipped. Annamaria was very helpful with how to navigate for excursions. One thing to prepare for, it's 65 stair steps to the apartment but well worth it. I would definitely stay again!

Just lovely

We were fortunate enough to have found Anna Maria’s beautiful apartment. Her lovely hospitality was exceptional. We had a wonderful time and she was beyond helpful. The apartment itself is spacious and the lanai is incredible. We would highly recommend this property.

Lovely getaway place, comfortable, amazing view peaceful

This was a very special place - beautifully decorated, patio has the most amazing few. Beds very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Very close to local bus stop 15, and not too many stairs from there :). Anna Maria was great to work with and I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Praiano.

Beautiful

Beautiful setting for the first part of our first trip to Italy. Pros: kitchen well appointed, view, washer, view, AC, there is a charging station for electric vehicles fairly close, view and host is unit below if you need anything. Cons: it is quite a trek to the unit (was ok for us we had backpack luggage) little store is pretty basic so I suggest picking up necessities before hand, we couldn’t figure out transportation system there so walked mostly and drive a bit. Of note in summer tiny ants are huge issue. Don’t leave crumbs on counter or in sink or next morning you will have hundreds of “visitors” 😂 Any cons are outweighed by the view and setting of this special property.

Incredible property in a perfect location. Annamaria was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable in her home. The backyard/garden/patio is the absolute best part! I was able to pick fresh tomatoes from the garden! We can't wait to stay at this property again and next time for longer.

Authentic Italian home with a gorgeous view

Annamaria was a great host! She was very easy to communicate with before we arrived! The apartment has plenty of room with a beautiful terrace over looking the sea! Annamaria even arranged for a cook to come in and give us pasta making lessons and made a delicious meal with us! If you have a family looking to stay together this is perfect! Beyond our expectations in every way!

From the communications with Annamaria prior to booking to the last day and hug goodbye, she was truly amazing. Her home is just beautiful and perfect for our family. A Dream!

This property was absolutely magical. AnnaMaria was helpful, friendly, and attentive. The community of praiano was a welcome break from the other more touristy towns nearby. After excursions we were always happy to get back to our villa and the relaxed feeling of the charming square outside our window. The views, the terrace (with outdoor shower and hammock!) the aromatic foliage, the spacious rooms… everything in the villa was even better than expected! The town of Praiano is stunning, and the local bus made it very easy to get around. Honestly, our family cannot offer enough praise for this wonderful experience. Grazie, AnnaMaria!🤗

The perfect escape on the Amalfi coast

Such a gem of a property with a wonderful host. Annamaria was quick to reply to messages and helpful with our transfers and activity planning. The apartment sits high on the hillside directly above Piazza San Luca, with a panoramic view of the sea from every room. It’s clean, comfortable and well equipped. We found ourselves spending a lot of time on the terrace, enjoying the perfume-like scent of jasmine and the surrounding garden and lemon trees. It is simply stunning. Yes, you hear the church bells ring very close by but we found it charming, not bothersome. Our visit coincided with Italy’s Festa della Repubblica (Republic Day) and the front-row view of the fireworks was an unexpected treat. If you’re looking to experience the beauty of the Amalfi without the crowds and chaos, this is your place. Thank you for such a memorable stay, Annamaria!
