Wonderful!

Pictures can’t do this place justice! This will be my first choice when I go to Prescott! It is an amazing space with full kitchen, private bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub with never ending hot water, and a comfortable living room. Very private. Outdoor space to enjoy from private entrance. Very nice neighborhood, very close to downtown.

Nice clean little place.

Great little VRBO for a couple of people. The place is clean and nicely appointed plus there is enough parking for a couple of vehicles. The mini split HVAC is mounted on the wall of the bedroom and can be a little loud when it turns on and there is no washer and dryer if you have an extended stay. The host was great and communication was great. I do recommend.

As advertised - it was great

It's tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, but still only 3 minutes from grocery store. Everything was clean inside and very smartly decorated. The rental unit was plenty large for 2 people and the heaters worked nicely. Bed was comfortable, bathroom plenty big, living room was plenty big and we had separate parking and entrance. We met Killian only briefly and she seemed very sweet and personable. Would totally recommend.

Nice place

Nice location very convenient to downtown. If you are like me and haven’t been to Prescott for many years, be prepared for very heavy traffic coming in and going out of town. Other than that, I had a great stay.

Great place in great part of town

This is a modest but very cozy place. It is perfect for a single person or a couple. It is in a very quiet part of town that is a bit "off the beaten path," yet very close to downtown.
