The home easily accommodates 6 for indoor/outdoor dining, sleeping and living.
Once you do go out, you will find everything you need just steps outside the gate.
The Boatslip, Mussel Beach Gym, The General Store and much more.
Bay Beach access and water sport rentals are right across the street at Flyer's.

Important Notice: When making your decision on a vacation home, please note that many rental owners charge for various fees, cleaning charges, damage insurance etc.
We have NO additional fees. The vacation travel website you use has a service fee and Massachusetts does levy an occupancy tax.
A few highlights of the home's exterior are: One car off-street parking, exclusive use gated yard, 1st floor walkout (no steps), large patio, pergola and tropically planted gardens, plenty of bike parking, Weber propane gas BBQ grill.
Some features of the interior are:1006 sq. ft., sleeps 6, a King size bedroom, a Queen size bedroom and a full-size bedroom, a granite double vanity, marble bathroom, air conditioning and central heat, new kitchen (fully equipped). The leather living room and the indoor & outdoor dining areas, each comfortably seat 6 people.
Extras: Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.

No pets are allowed. There is no smoking in the home or within the fenced yard. Please smoke anywhere outside the fenced yard.
Check in time is after 3 PM and check out time is before 10 AM. No car should be parked in the space before 3 PM or after 10 AM.

Absolutely Perfect Location

Every morning I drank my coffee in the gorgeous courtyard. I could see the hubbub on Commercial Street, but was a little set back so we weren’t on display. The location could not be better and the place was fantastic. The owners were super responsive and answered every question we had. I will be dreaming of those mornings.

Beautifully Landscaped Gem

We really enjoyed being in this clean and well-equipped space. Great patio, very convenient location.Note for future visitors: parking costs 30/day in the numbered spaces on Commercial St, but there’s free parking available on side streets and on Bradford. The host provides one free spot. Once we got our second vehicle situated, it was sublime!

Perfect location

My husband had never been to Provincetown before but loves the idea of a walkable community. I chose this property based on previous reviews on location and was not disappointed. From the time we booked everything Larry&Chuck were communicative and friendly. The check-in process was seamless and the property was exactly as described. It was quiet but close to the action and we were able to walk everywhere. We plan on returning soon and will definitely book here again. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to experience Ptown and still have a peaceful sanctuary to return to at the end of the day!

Amazing location, some cleanliness/quality issues

We really enjoyed the amazing location and beautiful garden. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the hosts gift a bottle of wine, which is always a nice touch. For the high price, though, there were some pain points. The place didn’t feel very clean when we checked in (floors were dirty underfoot, significant accumulated dust around, don’t look under furniture, etc). The fixtures and furniture are pretty worn. On humid days/nights the split-style A/C’s don’t cool the bedrooms very effectively and one of the bedroom ceiling fans is broken (or “ornamental” as a note on the wall warns). This wouldn’t be anything worth noting at a more modest price, but we did feel like we had to do some of our own cleaning before we could settle in for our week.

Absolutely perfect

This was my second stay at this property and it couldn’t have been any better. Location is right on Commercial but even the patio area is incredibly quiet. I was able to get work done while outside, which if I have to do work while on vacation, isn’t such a bad way to do it. The hosts are very friendly and communicative, too. I’m hoping to book again when we can next make it out to Provincetown. Thanks for an incredible trip!

Loved it!

We loved staying here for Spooky Bear weekend. The location right on Commercial Street is amazing and the garden really is so lovely that many people stopped to comment on it. Also the beds were very comfy! I would absolutely rent this place again.

Location is great!

This large 3 bedroom home is in a great location. The distance from the center of town was perfect for walks to restaurants, galleries and shops. I've walked by the beautiful patio garden many times in the summer and it's just as beautiful in the fall.

Best patio to enjoy coffee and drink's. comfortable three bedroom.. we plan to make this our place every time we visit Provincetown. Owners are responsive and kind and keep the place fully stocked with soap, paper products, and sheets/towels. Rent this beautiful place, you will be glad you did!!

Fabulous Location!

Perfectly situated in the West end within walking distance of jetty, restaurants and shops. Very quiet. Immaculate and extremely well stocked re: kitchen and bath. The host Larry was so friendly and easy to communicate with. Gorgeous little tropical garden in the courtyard. There’s not a ton of natural light but that was the only and very minimal downside. We loved it and have already reserved for next year!

Long weekend stay for our son’s wedding.

Wow!!! This place was perfect for us. The rooms are all good sizes, beds were super comfy and the house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. Honestly, our favorite part was the outdoor oasis! It’s mind blowing how beautiful it is out there. We had our coffee out there every morning and had dinner outside one night. Each morning people would stop to admire the garden, it’s THAT pretty. The location is perfect
close enough to walk to everything that PTown has to offer yet just far enough to be able to wind down after a long day. We would definitely stay here again if we travel back to PTown.

Great Week in P’town

The apartment was the perfect size for our group of 5 people. It’s in a great location, and the beautiful plants and flowers in the patio/garden area made for a nice private space for meals and conversation. We loved it! We would rent here again.

Wonderful! Patio heaven

What a wonderful place to stay! Location is perfect. Just a stones throw from the heart of it all on Commercial St but at the quieter end so there’s a sense of a slower pace. So many people walk by and admire the beautiful patio/garden. It’s so special! The condo is great, all amenities covered. We had a few tech issues with internet and cable, but Larry and Chuck were there in a flash to do what they could. Great communication and extra efforts to make our stay great. Would highly recommend this place. As a matter of fact, we’ve sent the listing to a few friends already so if you’re thinking of booking, don’t wait. Thanks for a glorious stay!
