Modern 1 bed/Studio - Steps from the Center of Town
Welcome to 16 Alden Street, Unit 2! This recently renovated 2nd floor studio is steps from commercial street and is the perfect for a weekend (or week long) getaway for yourself or you and your partner. The unit is very bright and airy with help from the 4 skylights (they have blackout shades). Located in the rear of the property, the unit is also very private and is only one of two units in this building. Private direct access to the unit is achieved via a privately fenced in patio area with seating for 6. Before entering the unit at the top of the stairs, is a smaller sized cute deck with seating for two people to enjoy your coffee or breakfast. When entering the unit you are greeted by the fully equipped kitchen which has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and large sink and plenty of counter space (rare for a studio in p'Town). Enter into the main living space equipped with a queen bed, seating area with a sofa and TV and a dresser. The bathroom has a large glass shower and plenty of storage and a heated fan for additional comfort. Peaks of the monument, which is directly in the rear of the property are sometimes possible through the trees.
