Experience an unparalleled Provincetown getaway in this one-of-a-kind sophisticated West End waterfront home with designer finishes and luxurious amenities. The home features sweeping harbor views with floor-to-ceiling glass sliders overlooking the Long Point lighthouse waterfront deck. A European-style kitchen offers custom cabinetry and top-of-the-line appliances including an induction stove convection oven and espresso machine. Enjoy open-concept living and dining areas, a first floor den w/ separate bath , two light-filled bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths featuring heated floors and a steam shower in the master bathroom. The living area transitions to the waterfront teak deck with a gas barbecue, outdoor chaise lounges, and steps that lead directly to the beach. Parking and washer dryer are included. This was our second year staying at this gem, and it somehow felt even better the second time around. The house is beautifully renovated, with all the modern touches you’d want, but still maintains that quintessential Ptown charm. The location is absolutely perfect — right on the water, which means you get to enjoy the most breathtaking sunsets every evening, yet still right on Commercial Street. You’re steps away from everything, but just far enough to avoid the late-night noise.Being next door to Relish (hello, delicious sandwiches!) and Perry’s (hands down my favorite shop in town — amazing wine selection, and they carry goodies like caviar and fancy snacks) is a serious perk. The house also comes with dedicated parking, which is a rarity in Ptown and a total game changer. There's even a private area across the street for bike storage, which was incredibly convenient for us.If you're looking for a stay that combines convenience, style, and tranquility, this place hits all the marks. We already can't wait to come back next year.

Comfortable beach house, steps from the hustle and bustle of Commercial St

Great location, modern decor house, right on the beach. Watch the tide come in and out while you relax on the large deck. Host was super responsive. It's right next to the restaurant, Sal's Place, so there is a bit of noise. But it's not loud and it's quiet by 10:30pm.

Charming House in the Heart of Ptown

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house in Ptown! The abundance of sunlight streaming through the windows made it feel bright and welcoming. The location on Commercial Street is perfect, offering easy access to both the town's vibrant center and the beach. The host was incredibly responsive via text message, ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a delightful and convenient Ptown getaway!

Lovely home

A jewel box of a home with everything you need and in its place, all organized and super clean. The owner was very responsive to our questions and very helpful. It’s next door to a restaurant so you will hear some noise at night as the restaurant operates but it’s not loud as they don’t play music. I’d recommend an umbrella for the deck as it would have made the deck more useful during the first half of the day. The location is amazing: you can swim or oddly boars right off the deck, walk to restaurants and coffee shops and stores or bike to amazing beaches. We never used our cars for the week we were there.

Incredible home, views and location

We had a truly amazing stay and would highly recommend. The house was immaculate and so well designed. Everything was easy and comfortable. The views were breathtaking. The location was also perfect - a little removed from the hustle and bustle so it’s quieter by the house yet only a short, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Landlord was great, responsive to the few questions before and during our stay. Relish was just a few doors down which was a nice treat. We popped over for breakfast sandwiches and pastries most mornings. It was perfect. Can't wait to be back.

Very nice home!

Had a nice 3-week stay with different friends. Enjoyed using the grill. It’s a bit smaller than it looks so I would use again but without two people in each bedroom, a single in each room would be perfect. Great location, restaurant next door was not an issue for us. On the water in Ptown can’t be beat!

Stellar home and experience

The property is immaculately designed and furnished and was perfect for our stay. Each of the bedrooms and baths are well-equipped for a luxury rental. The light and views from the home make it even more special. The landlord was in regular contact and very helpful. Hope to come back again!

10s across the board!

Stayed for a week here and only wish that we could have stayed even longer. A fantastic home! The views of the harbor were incredible as was the interior of this super spacious cottage. It was modern, immaculately clean and had every comfort of home. Can’t wait to get back to Provincetown and would love to stay here again when we do.

Stunning Waterfront House

The house was magnificent and the views of Provincetown Harbor were amazing. Beds were super comfortable with spacious bathrooms as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware needed for any occasion. I'm ready to go back!
