Excellent outdoor space

I loved everything about this property. It is very spacious. Kitchen is good and has everything you need. Big living room. Comfortable couches. The outside patio is what makes this such a great rental. Very large. Very comfortable furniture. In front of the patio is a private lawn that was great for the kids and we had our own private pool.There is no view of the ocean but we did not miss it. Great stay

Great stay in PVR!

This condo was a great location for my family and 2 kids. If you think you'll have a bad view because this is a ground floor unit you will not be disappointed. The convenience of being able to walk right out the back to the pool was awesome, especially for my 5 and 7 year old. There was plenty of bedrooms, we had 3 adults and 2 kids. With this unit you not only have an enlarged back patio but also a large grass area and "spool" sized pool which made it great for us to spread out a bit. Would definitely stay again!

Shangri La Marina Condo

Property is close to everything - shopping, eating, downtown Malecon, Up and coming Versailles.Pool is amazingly huge with warm & cool sections, plenty of chairs, poolside drink service, an everything you need gym.All of this right out your first floor door.A bathroom with every bedroom was awesome.A grill & working hot tub would have made this spectacular. I understand new owner plans to do a sprucing up which will greatly enhance the property.Would definitely stay again.

Great Location - Beautiful Condo - Wonderful Staff

This condo has it all - fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals in-house and just a short walk to the Marina to catch the games at Chappy's, grab dinner at Salvador's Wine Bar and Restaurant (walk to marina and take a right), or check out the booths during Thursday market nights! In the evenings, walk out to the beach to toast the sunsets. The condo is located on the first floor - walk right out the back to the main swimming pool and casual restaurant. We swam daily as 1/2 of the big pool is heated and "just walk right in" temperature. Unlike the packed pools at hotels, there were tons of available lounge chairs around the pool every day and you can order a cocktail while lounging (pay via a single bill at the end of the day) - truly relaxing!The owner provided us with an entire booklet that detailed the condo, Shangri La complex, and PV - from how the AC unit, washer/dryer, and water dispenser systems work to how to communicate with security for deliveries and taxis/Ubers. The recommendations on what to see/do in PV were great! (We'd add Salvador's Wine Bar/Restaurant.)This condo is at the top of our list of places to stay in PV.
