WELCOME TO THE ABOVE PUNTA MITA AT THE FOUR SEASONS!

Our Penthouse perched above the Pacific Ocean boasts over 4300 square feet of immaculate interior living space with Four Seasons appointed furnishings. This luxurious Penthouse villa is located in the heart of the 5-Star Four Seasons resort. Taking up the entire top floor, our guests have gorgeous oceanfront views from every room.

7 Night Minimum -Arriving 12/20/25 or 12/27/25

The living room features a large flat screen television as do each of the Penthouse's four bedrooms. Free wifi, dvd players, Apple charging stations are also part of the many entertainment amenities.

The main lanai terrace has an infinity-edged plunge pool, dining table, plentiful lounge space, and a stainless steel gas grill. There is a separate (private) terrace off both master bedrooms, with two lounge chairs and a seating area.

The gourmet Kitchen is equipped with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and a full complement of utensils, plates, small appliances, microwave and everything you need to cook. Or, never cook at all as you have full access to Four Seasons room service and private chefs. Washers and dryers are also featured in the penthouse.

The Penthouse has two King Master Bedrooms with stunning private Lanais with Pacific Ocean Views.
Each master bedroom has spacious ensuite baths with either an Outdoor Shower or Outdoor Soaking Tub.

The two secondary bedrooms have two queen beds or two full beds. Both rooms with ensuite baths and Ocean views with Lanais.

All bedrooms come with Four Seasons legendary beds!

24/7 Four Seasons Concierge will help you plan activities and answer any questions while you are in residence.

Daily housekeeping services are provided free of charge.
