Exceedingly old; rundown. 'Screen' was dollar store magnet style. Deck, 2 rundown chairs with dirty 'cushion' on one. Bathroom faucet was hard to turn on. View was good. OK for hostel-like young travelers with no expectations. Definitely not worth $$.
